شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز در سطح بین‌المللی و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز در عرصه بین‌المللی و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی است. روش پژوهش به‌صورت آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) و از نوع استراتژی آمیخته-اکتشافی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی استادان رشته مدیریت ورزشی و همچنین مدیران و کارشناسان خبره و  آگاه در  زمینه تنیس روی میز و سرآمدی بین‌المللی بودند (15 نفر). در بخش کمی نیز بر اساس معیارهای تعیین‌شده، از گروه مشارکت‌کنندگان بخش کیفی استفاده شد (12 نفر). از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و معیارمحور  انتخاب شدند. جهت تحلیل دادهای کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های کمی از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر سرآمدی پنج مفهوم اصلی روابط و حمایت سازمانی، عوامل نیروی انسانی، عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل ورزشی هستند. در بخش راهکارهای مؤثر بر سرآمدی نیز سه مفهوم اصلی راهبردهای سازمانی، راهبردهای ساختاری و راهبردهای فنی- ورزشی به دست آمد. همچنین عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز عبارت‌اند از: عوامل ورزشی، روابط و حمایت سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، عوامل نیروی انسانی و عوامل زمینه‌ای. برای سرآمدی فدراسیون تنیس روی میز در  عرصه‌های بین‌المللی باید با نگاهی کلان و همه‌جانبه راهبردهای سازمانی، ساختاری و فنی را به‌صورت مستمر و یکپارچه پیاده‌سازی کرد.
