تدوین الگوی خدمات گردشگری تفریحی- ورزشی در کلان شهرها

چکیده

در این مطالعه به صنعت گردشگری فراتر از یک صنعت به مشابه پدیدة پویایی جهانی و اجتماعی پرداخته شده که پیچیدگی‌های خاص خود را دارد. در چند سال آینده صنعت گردشگری از لحاظ درآمد در راًس صنایع موجود دنیا قرار خواهد داشت و بزرگ‌ترین بخش تجارت بین‌الملل را به خود اختصاص داده است و صنعت توریسم بر تمام ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی تأثیر می‌گذارد.‌ به‌منظور تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها برای انجام پیش‌پردازش داده‌ها ازجمله محاسبه آماره‌های توصیفی استفاده شده است. آمار استنباطی در این تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری برای بخش کمی پژوهش به تعداد 384 نفر از گردشگران شناسایی و مشخصات جمعیت شناختی آنان را ارائه کرده است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که خدمات گردشگری تفریحی- ورزشی بالاترین شاخص ارتباط پیش‌بین سازه‌ها  را به خود اختصاص داد (416/0)؛ و دیجیتال‌سازی خدمات گردشگری تأثیری بر شاخص ارتباط پیش‌بین سازه‌ها نداشت (0/0). همچنین، نتایج حاصل از رابطه برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی خدمات گردشگری با کیفیت عوامل ناملموس ادراک شده بالاترین اندازه اثر را داشت (706/0) و رابطه ویژگی‌های گردشگران با خدمات گردشگری تفریحی- ورزشی پایین‌ترین اندازه اثر را نشان داد (025/0).
