طراحی مدل نوآوری سازمانی مبتنی بر چابکی یادگیری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل نوآوری سازمانی مبتنی بر چابکی یادگیری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان بود. در این پژوهش که به روش کیفی انجام شد، از نظریه داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد ساختگرای چارمز برای جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با مدیران و خبرگان حوزه رفتار سازمانی در ادارات ورزش و جوانان سراسر کشور گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌ صورت در دسترس انجام شد و در مجموع 13 مصاحبه به‌منظور دست‌یابی به اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها شامل کدگذاری مقدماتی و کدگذاری متمرکز، یادداشت‌برداری و بررسی مفاهیم به صورت هم‌زمان با جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بود. برای اعتبارسنجی نتایج، از روش‌های تأیید مصاحبه‌شوندگان، تطبیق اعضا و بررسی همکار بهره گرفته شد، و از فرایندهای ساختار‌یافته برای تضمین پایایی استفاده شد. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق شاخص‌های مؤثر بر نوآوری سازمانی مبتنی بر چابکی یادگیری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان شامل فرهنگ نوآورانه، رهبری حمایت‌گرایانه، تحلیل نیازهای سازمانی، فرایندهای ایده‌پردازی، افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی، توانمندسازی کارکنان و توسعه پایدار است. در این راستا، توصیه می‌شود مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان با تقویت چابکی یادگیری سازمانی و ایجاد فضایی برای اشتراک دانش، نوآوری‌های سازمانی را بهبود بخشند. همچنین، لازم است برنامه‌های آموزشی منظم و مشارکت‌های بین سازمانی برای تبادل تجربه و ایده‌ها، طراحی و اجرا شود.
