کاربرد آموزش و مدیریت سبک زندگی سالم بر سخت رویی و سلامت با تأکید بر اضافه وزن

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف  بررسی کاربرد آموزش و مدیریت سبک زندگی سالم بر سخت‌رویی و سلامت افراد دارای اضافه ‌وزن انجام شد. این مطالعه به شیوه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل، بر روی ۴۰ فرد دارای اضافه ‌وزن ساکن شهرستان پاکدشت انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه ۲۰ نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش طی ده جلسه آموزش گروهی سبک زندگی سالم مبتنی بر مدل سازمان بهداشت جهانی، آموزش‌هایی درباره اصول تغذیه سالم، فعالیت بدنی منظم (به‌ویژه پیاده‌روی اصولی)، بهداشت روانی و مهارت‌های مدیریت استرس دریافت کردند؛ گروه کنترل تحت هیچ مداخله‌ای قرار نگرفت. داده‌ها با ابزار سرسختی سلامت و شاخص توده بدنی (BMI) گردآوری و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس، مورد تجزیه ‌و ‌تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در گروه آزمایش، میانگین وزن و شاخص توده بدنی به‌طور معناداری کاهش و نمرات ابعاد مختلف سخت‌رویی سلامت (تعهد، کنترل و مبارزه‌جویی) افزایش یافت. (p<0.001) همچنین آموزش سبک زندگی سالم، باعث کاهش وابستگی به عوامل بیرونی کنترل سلامت و افزایش حس کنترل فردی شرکت‌کنندگان شد. یافته‌ها بیانگر اثربخشی بالای مداخلات آموزشی در بهبود شاخص‌های سلامت جسمی و روانی و ارتقای سخت‌رویی سلامت بود. براساس این یافته‌ها، اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر سبک زندگی سالم و فعالیت بدنی منظم به‌عنوان راهکاری مؤثر جهت ارتقاء سلامت افراد دارای اضافه وزن توصیه می‌شود.
