چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط بین جهتگیری های ارزشی و سبکهای پنج گانه تصمیم گیری می باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و از حیث هدف کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری مشتمل بر کلیه مدیران میانی و ارشد تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان غربی به تعداد 100 نفر می باشد که به روش سرشماری تعداد جامعه با نمونه آماری برابر انتخاب شده است. ابزار تحقیق شامل دو نوع پرسشنامه استاندارد آلپورت و لیندزی جهت بررسی جهتگیری های ارزشی و پرسشنامه اسکات و بروس جهت مطالعه سبکهای تصمیم گیری می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، test ـt برای گروههای مستقل، و تحلیل واریانس دو راهه فریدمن) انجام گردیده است. اهم نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین جهتگیری های ارزشی و سبکهای تصمیم گیری رابطه معنا دار وجود دارد. بین جهتگیری های ارزشی و سبک تصمیم گیری در بین مدیران مرد و زن تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد، ولی در نظام ارزشی، بین سلسله مراتب ارزش های مدیران زن و مرد تفاوت وجود دارد، بطوریکه جهتگیری سیاسی و اقتصادی مدیران مرد بیش از مدیران زن است ولی در هر دو گروه ارزش های مذهبی بالاترین رتبه و ارزش های هنری پایین ترین رتبه را دارند و در نهایت پیشنهادات کاربردی در راستای نتایج تحقیق ارائه شده است.
