The technique used in this study was data envelopment analysis. The statistical population included the deputies of physical education headquartered in the 31 provinces of Iran. The tool used was a five-valued questionnaire, which was evaluated on the basis of a fuzzy method. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was approved by 14 experts in the field of sports management based on CVR and CVI forms. The results showed that the components of “stuff” with the mean of 43.54 and standard deviation of 19.90, “budget” with the mean of 31.219 and standard deviation of 14.741; “sports capita” with the mean of 0.5909and standard deviation of 0.1153, “public sports” with the mean of 841/67and standard deviation of 385/80, “championship sport” with the mean of 93/29and standard deviation of 60/61,”sports education,”with the mean of 66/73 and standard deviation 21/34، “sports research” with the mean of 77/87and standard deviation of 59/64, “sports events” with the mean of 6021/00and standard deviation of 2364/14, and “training sports”with the mean of 170/35 and standard deviation of 18/06. The results ofSensitivity Analysis Test indicated that the component of “budget” had the most role in the efficiency of the provincial physical education deputies. Moreover, the provinces of Ardabil, Ilam, Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, Northern Khorasan, and Khuzestan enjoyed the necessary efficiency. The outcomes of the sensitivity analysis of inputs and outputs in the BCC model indicated that "budget" and "championship sport", respectively, played greater role in determining the efficiency of the deputies.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting financial corruption in the sports industry. From the paradigm perspective, the present research is a type of commentary research, qualitative approach, grounded theory strategy and hidden content analysis tactics. data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 experts and executives of the Ministry of Sport, the professors of the judiciary, and the experts in the field of sport management. The sampling method was non-probable and snowballed and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation of the research questions and objectives was achieved. The data are in both format of audio and text, and were analyzed by MAXQDA18 software. After processing and open coding of the interviews, the researcher identified the factors in terms of causal, contextual, and confounding conditions. Categories of "managerial, legal and nature of sport" as categories of causal conditions, and "performance of politics, government, and structure" as the contextual conditions, and categories of "rent, brokerage, lobbying, media and motivational factors" as confounding conditions.They are the factors that influence corruption financial in the sports industry in Iran. Based on these results, to provide the financial corruption in these organizations, is suggested that sport managers and responsible to do best by modifying and enhancing the management status, formulating scientific and principled programs, making the best decisions for the country sport with help of experts, and improving the quality of the their management of resources.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between skill literacy, academic literacy and the success of sports business with the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation. The statistical population includes entrepreneurs of sport businesses, including clubs, sports shops and sporting goods manufacturing industries throughout the country (N=11780) and using the Cochran formula, the sample size was 384. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. For statistical analysis, structural equation modeling technique was performed by smartPLS 2.0 software. The results showed that skill literacy and academic literacy affect the entrepreneurial orientation. Also entrepreneurial orientation, skill literacy and academic literacy have an impact on business success. The findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between skill literacy and academic literacy in the success of sports business with the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation. Based on the results of the research, although academic literacy is an effective factor in the success of sport business, skill literacy has a more decisive role in terms of the strong correlation with business success. Therefore, it is suggested that entrepreneurs, managers and sports industry owners pay special attention to skill literacy.
