تحلیل نقش عوامل اجتماعی در خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل نقش عوامل اجتماعی در خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی بود. حجم نمونه پژوهش، با توجه به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بر اساس تعداد گویه‌های ابزار پژوهش تعیین شد. لذا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی 550 معلم به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تحلیل مدل نظری با استفاده از چهار پرسشنامه هوش اجتماعی محمد (2021)، نشاط اجتماعی هیلز و آرگایل (2002)، اعتماد اجتماعی صفاری‌نیا و شریف (2013) و خودکارآمدی معلم شانن ـ موران و وولفولک (2001) گردآوری شد. برای محاسبة پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. مدل معادلة ساختاری نشان داد، هوش اجتماعی در نشاط اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی نقش مؤثر و مثبتی دارد. همچنین، نقش اعتماد و نشاط اجتماعی بر خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی مثبت و معنادار بود. به‌علاوه، هوش اجتماعی با همراهی نشاط اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی نقش مثبت و مؤثرتری بر خودکارآمدی معلمان داشت. بر این اساس، سازمان آموزش و پرورش و به‌ویژه حوزه تربیت بدنی و سلامت آن می‌تواند با استفاده از عوامل اجتماعی نظیر هوش اجتماعی، نشاط و اعتماد اجتماعی، خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی خود را تقویت کند. به عبارتی دیگر، راهبردهای ارتقاء و تقویت هوش اجتماعی همراه با راهبردهای افزایش نشاط و اعتماد اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی برای افزایش و ارتقاء خودکارآمدی آنان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد..
