مطالعه تطبیقی راهکارهای ترویج ورزش سالمندی در کشورهای منتخب و ارائه اقدامات عملی در ایران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تطبیقی راهکارهای ترویج ورزش سالمندی در کشورهای منتخب و ارائه اقدامات عملی در ایران طراحی شده است. این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای تطبیقی با راهبردی کیفی است و داده‌ها از اسناد و مدارک، دستورالعمل‌ها، مقالات، طرح‌های تحقیقاتی و منابع اینترنتی مرتبط با ورزش سالمندی کشورهای منتخب (آمریکا، کانادا، فنلاند، بریتانیا و ژاپن) جمع‌آوری و با الگوی تطبیقی جورج بردی در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه تحلیل شده‌اند. بر‌اساس چهار عامل فردی، اجتماعی، سازمانی و محیطی اطلاعات مشروح و معتبر این کشورها، استراتژی‌ها و راهکارهای عملی برای پیاده‌سازی در ایران در اختیار محققین قرار گرفتند. ترویج سواد تندرستی، ایجاد امکان دسترسی، نهادینه‌سازی ورزش سالمندی، ارتقاء فرهنگ عمومی، حمایت از استراتژی‌های ترویج، حمایت و مشارکت اجتماعی، سالمندپذیر کردن جوامع، دوگانه‌ی محرومیت/ بهره‌مندی، مشارکت نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی، تدوین برنامه‌های کلان مدیریتی، تلفیق دو روش سنتی/ نوین در برنامه‌ها، طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری با تأکید بر سبک زندگی فعال و ارتقاء کمی و کیفی فضاهای شهری از جمله این استراتژی‌ها بودند. با استفاده از روش تعمیم‌پذیری متعادل از برخی تاکتیک‌ها و اقدامات عملی کشورها به‌عنوان راهبردهای ترویج ورزش سالمندی در ایران استفاده گردید. به نظر می‌رسد طراحی و اجرای برنامه و دستورالعمل ملی ورزش سالمندی و ترویج آن در کشور ما که در سال‌های آتی به کشوری با جمعیت بالای سالمند تبدیل می‌شود امری ضروری است.
