شناسایی و اولویت بندی چالش های فعالیت زنان ورزشکار حرفه‌ای ایرانی در اینستاگرام

چکیده

اینستاگرام یکی از محبوب‌ترین شبکه‌های اجتماعی در صنعت ورزش بوده و در میان ورزشکاران محبوبیت ویژه‌ای دارد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی چالش‌های فعالیت زنان ورزشکار حرفه‎ای ایرانی در این شبکه اجتماعی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر به‎صورت آمیخته و از نوع طرح متوالی اکتشافی است. فاز کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و فاز کمی با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود. در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 13 شرکت‌کننده‎ تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت و در بخش کمی نیز پرسشنامه مبتی بر یافته‎های بخش کیفی در میان 10 نفر از آنان توزیع شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از تکنیک کدگذاری و نرم‌افزار NVIVO10 و در بخش کمی از نرم‎افزار Expert Choice استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد چالش‌های زنان ورزشکار ایرانی در شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام در دو مضمون اصلی چالش‌های ساختاری با 4 مضمون فرعی، به‌ترتیب وزن و اولویت، چالش فرهنگی (27/0)، چالش قانونی (25/0)، چالش جنسیتی (25/0)، چالش مذهبی (22/0) و چالش‎های فردی با 2 مضمون فرعی، به‌ترتیب وزن و اولویت، چالش تولید محتوی (46/0) و چالش روانشناختی (54/0) دسته‌بندی می‎شوند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان گفت در صورتی‌که شیوه استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام به زنان ورزشکار آموزش داده و مدیریت شود، آنان می‌توانند تا حدودی بر چالش‎های موجود غلبه کرده و از فرصت‌های فراهم شده در اینستاگرام نهایت بهره‎ را ببرند.
