شناسایی و تبیین ارتباط عوامل موثر در ایجاد سازمان ورزشی نوآور با عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی منتخب

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین ارتباط عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد سازمان ورزشی نوآور با عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی منتخب بود. روش تحقیق به صورت آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی از مدل تحلیلی پدیدارشناسی و در بخش کمی از روش تحلیلی توصیفی- همبستگی استفاده شد. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 15 نفر از نخبگان، پژوهشگران دانشگاهی و مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی بود که به صورت نظری و با استفاده از روش هدفمند سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز تعداد 324 نفر از مدیران، کارشناسان و کارکنان سازمان‌های ورزشی منتخب کشور به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای- تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بود. در این پژوهش، فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، طی سه مرحله کُدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) انجام گرفت و در بخش کمی نیز از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 25) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل‌های کیفی نشان داد 6 مقوله محوری با عناوین (ویژگی‌های سازمانی، فراسازمانی، رفتاری، مدیریتی، دانشی و فناورانه) همراه با 23 مقوله فرعی در ایجاد سازمان ورزشی نوآور تأثیرگذار بودند. نتایج تحلیل‌های کمی نشان داد بین سازمان ورزشی نوآور با عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی (603/0=r، 001/0=p) و مؤلفه‌های آن یعنی منظر مشتری (759/0=r، 001/0=p)، منظر مالی (722/0=r، 001/0=p)، منظر فرایندهای داخلی (401/0=r، 001/0=p)، منظر یادگیری و رشد (449/0=r، 001/0=p) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد که این ارتباط مثبت و مستقیم است. سازمان‌های ورزشی که صرفاً با تکیه بر طرح‌ها، نقشه‌ها و رفتارهای معین و ثابت کار می‌کنند، یک نظام اجتماعی بسیار آسیب‌پذیرند، در حالی که نوآوری پنجره‌ای از فرصت‌های جدید به روی سازمان‌ها می‌گشاید و مزیت رقابتی پایدار را تضمین می‌کند که خود عاملی برای تضمین عملکرد سازمانی خواهد بود.
