شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موانع توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری قهرمانی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موانع توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری قهرمانی بود. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی بود که با استفاده از رویکرد دلفی اجرا گردید. ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعات اسنادی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، پرسشنامه دلفی و پرسشنامه اولویت‌بندی بر اساس رویکرد ساعتی (۱۹۸۰) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل رؤسا و نایب‌رئیس هیئت‌ها، مدیران، کارشناسان، مربیان، پیش‌کسوتان، ورزشکاران نخبه و استادان دانشگاه‌ها بودند که 25 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور شناسایی موانع توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری از دلفی و برای اولویت‌بندی موانع از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی (AHP) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد از جمله موانع توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری عبارت است از موانع اقتصادی، مدیریتی و اجرایی، امکانات و تجهیزات، موانع انسانی و محیطی و موانع نگرشی و حمایت. در تعیین اولویت‌بندی، بالاترین میانگین رتبه مربوط به مؤلفه مدیریتی و اجرایی با وزن 790/0 بوده و مؤلفه‌های اقتصادی، امکانات و تجهیزات، نگرشی و اجتماعی و انسانی و محیطی در رتبه‌های دوم تا پنجم قرار گرفتند. توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری قهرمانی نیازمند اصلاحات ساختاری در نظام مدیریت ورزشی، تخصیص منابع مالی پایدار، بهبود زیرساخت‌های تمرینی و تغییر نگرش عمومی نسبت به این رشته است؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران ورزشی ضمن ایجاد نظام هماهنگ بین فدراسیون، هیئت‌های استانی و نهادهای شهری، به تدوین راهبرد ملی «توسعه دوچرخه‌سواری قهرمانی» با رویکرد عدالت جغرافیایی، حمایت از استعدادهای بومی و مشارکت بخش خصوصی اقدام کنند.
