شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر در افزایش میزان مشارکت خانواده‌ها در فعالیت‌های آموزشی و ورزشی مدارس

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عواملی که در افزایش میزان مشارکت خانواده‌ها در فعالیت­های آموزشی و ورزشی مدارس نقش داشتند، است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، آمیخته (ترکیبی) با طرح اکتشافی متوالی است که در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام پذیرفت. ابتدا، از رویکرد کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این بخش را خبرگان و مطلعین کلیدی شامل مدیران، معلمان و نمایندگان اولیاء دانش‌آموزان تشکیل دادند. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری که با انجام ۱۸ مصاحبه حاصل شد. فاز دوم پژوهش به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این بخش شامل کلیه مدیران، معلمان و اولیاء مدارس استان گیلان بود. جهت تعیین نمونه، از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای استفاده شد که در نهایت ۴۷۵ پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کمی از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون کایزر مایر اولکین برای کفایت نمونه و آزمون کرویت بارتلت بررسی گردید. پایایی ابزار از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده که ضریب پایایی سؤالات مربوط به موانع مشارکت 88/0 به دست آمد. جهت آزمون فرضیات و رتبه‌بندی عوامل، از آزمون‌های تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن استفاده شد. در پی نتایج این پژوهش مؤلفه­هایی که در مشارکت والدین در مدرسه نقش داشتند شناسایی شد و یافته‌های پژوهش در بخش کمی نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های عوامل ساختاری، عوامل فرهنگی-اجتماعی، عوامل انگیزشی، عوامل آموزشی و عوامل اطلاعاتی به ترتیب بیشترین نقش را در افزایش میزان مشارکت والدین در مدارس داشتند.
