نقش بازاریابی کمین، رفتار منفی و سازگاری در تمایل به خرید از حامی رسمی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیل کنندگی بازاریابی کمین، رفتار منفی و سازگاری در رابطه بین جانبداری از لیگ برتر با تمایل به خرید از حامی انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-همبستگی می‌باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. نمونه تحقیق را 515 نفر از تماشاچیان لیگ برتر تشکیل دادند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه به تأیید 14 نفر از اساتید رسید و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شد که برای پرسشنامه کلی و کلیه خرده مقیاس‌ها بالاتر از 7/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس (ANCOVA) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در تمایل افراد به خرید از حامی با توجه به سطوح مختلف جانبداری از ورزش تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (001/0=p، 8/1=F). همچنین نقش تعدیل کنندگی رفتار منفی (001/0=p، 6/14=F) و سازگاری (001/0=p، 2/100=F) بر تمایل به خرید معنی‌دار به دست آمد اما نقش تعدیل کنندگی بازاریابی کمین (0556/0=p، 34/0=F) معنی دار نمی باشد. به طور کلی سطح جانبداری افراد از لیگ برتر بر تمایل آنها به خرید محصولات حامی ارتباط دارد و رفتار منفی بازیکنان و میزان سازگاری بین حامی با لیگ برتر این ارتباط را تعدیل می‌کند.
