تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اثربخشی سازمان با میانجی‏گری مدیریت دانش در اداره‌کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی

چکیده

هدف اصلی این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اثر بخشی سازمان با میانجی‏گری مدیریت دانش در اداره­کل ورزش و جوانان آذربایجان شرقی می‌باشد. نمونه آماری برابر با کل جامعه آماری و شامل تمامی مدیران، معاونین و کارکنان اداره­کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند (224N=) که در نهایت 213 نفر (95%) در تحقیق شرکت کردند. ابزار تحقیق، سه پرسش­نامه فرهنگ سازمانی کامرون و کویین (1999)، اثربخشی سازمانی هسو (2002)  و مدیریت دانش لاوسن (2003) بودند که روایی صوری آنها با استفاده از نظرات پانزده عضو هیأت علمی مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد و میانگین پایایی پرسش­نامه‌ها نیز (0.7 >α) به­دست آمد. داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری، نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS 18 و مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری SMART PLS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اثربخشی 2.45 و بر مدیریت دانش 15.194، مثبت و معنی­دار است. همچنین مدیریت دانش تأثیر معنی­داری 723.6 بر اثربخشی داشت. در نهایت، تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اثربخشی سازمانی با میانجیگری مدیرت دانش 15.194 * 6.723 مثبت و معنی­دار بود. بنابراین فرهنگ سازمانی به­طور مستقیم و از طریق میانجی مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی در ورزش اثر می‌گذارد.
