چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر گذار از مسیر شغلی - ورزشی در بین کشتی‌گیران مطرح بود. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب نظران در حوزه موضوعی پژوهش بود. نمونه آماری از بین پیشکسوتان، مدیران، کارشناسان، مربیان و ورزشکاران مطرح در ورزش کشتی به صورت نمونه-گیری هدفمند و دردسترس انتخاب و نظرخواهی شدند (234 نفر). ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای براساس مطالعه کتابخانه ی و مصاحبه های نیمه هدایت شده بود (5 عامل، 22 بُعد، 87 گویه). روایی ابزار با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار جهت تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار pls استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل شناسایی شده شامل؛ زمینه فردی و بستر شغلی (متغیرهای مستقل)، مدیریت استعداد و ساختار گذر شغلی (متغیرهای متغیر میانجی) و مطلوبیت گذر شغلی (متغیر وابسته) بودند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که این سه عامل به طور مستقیم اثر معنی داری بر مطلوبیت گذر شغلی ندارند اما به صورت صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق ساختار گذر شغلی اثر معنی داری دارند. براساس یافته ها میتوان گفت که مدیریت مسیر شغلی در ورزش کشتی مبتنی بر نوعی مدیریت سیستمی است. می توان عوامل زمینه فردی و بستر شغلی را به عنوان عوامل پیشایندی، مدیریت استعداد و ساختار گذر شغلی را به عنوان عوامل فرایندی و مطلوبیت گذر شغلی را به عنوان عوامل درنظر گرفت که عوامل فرایندی نقش محوری دارند و تعیین کننده هستند.
