ارزیابی بازاریابی کالاهای ورزشی شهر تهران بر اساس مدل AHA و SWOT

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی بازاریابی کالاهای ورزشی در شهر تهران بر اساس مدل SWOT وارائه و تدوین راهبردهای مناسب بازاریابی کالاهای ورزشی برای بخش بازاریابی وزارت ورزش و جوانان می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است، از بین کلیه فروشندگان، بازاریابان و مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی تعداد 384 پرسشنامه کامل به عنوان نمونه به روش در دسترس انتخاب شد ، پرسشنامه مورد استفاده براساس مدل SWOT توسط محقق به روش دلفی در 35 سوال و 4 بعد مدل قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید تنظیم شد، برای تحلیل نیز از مدل AHA و SWOT در هفت گام استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از بررسی و تحلیل ماتریس ارزیابی نقاط قوت و ضعف مدل SWOT نشان داد که نمره نهایی در نقاط قوت برابر با (78/3) در نقاط ضعف(3/1 )فرصت های بیرونی (11/3) و تهدیدهای بیرونی(5/1) می باشد. درنتیجه استراتژی SO دارای بیشترین وزن بوده و به عنوان بهترین استراتژی انتخاب شد. پیاده سازی این استراتژی و راهبردهای مرتبط با آن به بخش بازاریابی وزارت ورزش و جوانان توصیه می شود.
