چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی چشم‌انداز مؤلفه‌های جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی براساس تبیین ویژگی‏های رهبری خدمتگزار در کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه و نمونه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی بود (65 نفر). برای جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از پرسش‏نامه روا و پایای رهبری خدمتگزار (97/0=α) و جامعه‏پذیری سازمانی (91/0=α) استفاده شد. داده‏های تحقیق با توجه به نرمال بودن داده‏ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که بین ویژگی‏های رهبری خدمتگزار و مؤلفه‌های جامعه‏پذیری سازمانی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‏داری وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مشخص کرد که برخی از زیر مقیاس‏های رهبری خدمتگزار می‌توانند مؤلفه‌های جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی را به‌طور مثبت و معنی‏داری پیش‏بینی کنند (05/0P<). براساس نتایج به‏دست آمده به مدیران و کارگزاران ادارات ورزش و جوانان و سازمان‏های ورزشی نوپا، با نیروهای انسانی جدید پیشنهاد می‏شود که جهت بهبود جامعه‏پذیری سازمانی به‏منظور درک نقش‏های خود و سازمان، از طریق ایجاد ویژگی‏های یک رهبر خدمتگزار در خود اقدام کنند.
