الگوی علی روابط ساختاری سرمایه اجتماعی و اشتیاق حرفه‌ای اعضای هیأت علمی تربیت‏ بدنی

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، تحلیل رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و اشتیاق حرفه‏ای اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه پیام نور بوده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری داده‏ها از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می‏باشد. جامعه آماری را کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی رشته تربیت‏بدنی مستخدم و مدعو 8 مرکز و 18 واحد دانشگاه پیام نور استان آذربایجان غربی تشکیل می‏داد. حجم  نمونه 200 نفر و به شیوه کل شماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از دو پرسش‏نامه استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998) و اشتیاق حرفه‏ای سالواناوا و شوفلی (2001) استفاده شد. داده‏های جمع‏آوری شده در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و در نهایت مدل ساختاری متغیرها با لیزرل ارائه شد که با توجه به شاخص‏های ملاک، (مجذور میانگین مربعات خطای تقریبی=069/0) از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. اهم نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی در سطح خطای 1 درصد اثر مستقیم بر اشتیاق حرفه‏ای دارد و ضریب مسیر 61/0 است، به‏طوری‏که هر اندازه اعضای هیأت علمی از سرمایه مذکور به مقدار بیشتر بهره‏مند باشند، اشتیاق حرفه‏ای آنها در سطح انرژی حرفه‏ای، فداکاری حرفه‏ای و شیفتگی حرفه‏ای نیز بیشتر خواهد بود.
