چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت موجود بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‏های تربیت‏بدنی و علوم‏ورزشی سراسر کشور است. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات غیرآزمایشی و به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می‏باشد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، کلیۀ اعضای هیأت علمی تمامی گروه‏های دانشکده‏های تربیت‏بدنی و علوم‏ورزشی سراسر کشور در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بود. حجم نمونۀ آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 161 نفر برآورد شد. روش نمونه‏گیری، احتمالی پیچیده از نوع تصادفی بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد شناسایی مؤلفه‏های بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی اجتهادی و همکاران (1390)، در 5 بعد و 41 گویه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزار SPSS21، Excel، و AMOS برای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به‏عمل آمد. سطح معنی‏داری برای تمامی تجزیه و تحلیل‏ها 05/0p < در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد، هر پنج مؤلفه به عنوان مؤلفه‏های اصلی تشکیل‏دهندۀ بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‏های تربیت بدنی و علوم‏ورزشی هستند و در وضعیت موجود بالندگی آموزشی، سازمانی، فردی و اخلاقی بطور معنی‌داری بالاتر از حد متوسط می‌باشد، ولی میزان وضعیت موجود بالندگی پژوهشی در حد متوسط است. به‏نظر می‏رسد، باید در برنامه‏های بهسازی اعضای هیأت علمی، به بهسازی پژوهشی توجه ویژه‏ای شود.
