چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت موجود بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیتبدنی و علومورزشی سراسر کشور است. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات غیرآزمایشی و به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، کلیۀ اعضای هیأت علمی تمامی گروههای دانشکدههای تربیتبدنی و علومورزشی سراسر کشور در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بود. حجم نمونۀ آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 161 نفر برآورد شد. روش نمونهگیری، احتمالی پیچیده از نوع تصادفی بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد شناسایی مؤلفههای بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی اجتهادی و همکاران (1390)، در 5 بعد و 41 گویه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS21، Excel، و AMOS برای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بهعمل آمد. سطح معنی‌داری برای تمامی تجزیه و تحلیلها 05/0p < در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد، هر پنج مؤلفه به عنوان مؤلفههای اصلی تشکیلدهندۀ بالندگی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی و علومورزشی هستند و در وضعیت موجود بالندگی آموزشی، سازمانی، فردی و اخلاقی بطور معنی‌داری بالاتر از حد متوسط می‌باشد، ولی میزان وضعیت موجود بالندگی پژوهشی در حد متوسط است. بهنظر میرسد، باید در برنامههای بهسازی اعضای هیأت علمی، به بهسازی پژوهشی توجه ویژهای شود.
