چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی توسعۀ بالندگی حرفهای، سازمانی و فردی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی دانشگاههای دولتی کشور بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی میباشد که به شکل میدانی اجرا گردیده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی کشور (205N=) و نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بالندگی استفاده شد، که محقق فهرستی از 22 مؤلفه بالندگی هیأت علمی را شناسایی کرد که پس از مصاحبه با متخصصان و صاحبنظران این حوزه، 3 بعد (بالندگی حرفهای، سازمانی و فردی) و 17 مؤلفه شناساییشده، به گویههای پرسشنامه تبدیل شدند تا بر مبنای آن وضعیت موجود بالندگی ترسیم شود. روایی هر سه پرسشنامه به تأیید 15 نفر از متخصصین رسید و پایایی آنها در یک مطالعۀ مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 90/0، 85/0 و 86/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمعآوری شده، از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، تی استودنت و برای تعیین ارتباط علّی بین متغیرها، از دو نرم افزار LISREL و SPSS استفاده شد.
یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد تحلیلهای مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری، برازندگی مدل را با دادهها مورد حمایت قرار دادند، همچنین یافتهها بیانگر این امر بودند که ابعاد بالندگی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی کشور در حد مطلوب قرار دارد. در ارتباط بین بالندگی و ابعاد آن، بعد حرفهای با بار عاملی 80/0، بعد فردی با بار عاملی 74/0 و بعد سازمانی با بار عاملی 71/0 بیشترین تأثیر را داشتند.
