چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق تعیین نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی در تأثیر علی اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران بر اخلاق مدنی شهروندی هوادارن باشگاه های فوتبال لیگ دسته یک ایران بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام هوادران لیگ دسته یک فوتبال کشور در سال 1397، که برای تماشای مسابقات فوتبال تیم محبوب خود در ورزشگاه حضور یافتند؛ بود. با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه برای جامعه نامحدود 320 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه ایی عیدی و همکاران (1395)، پرسشنامه اخلاق شهروندی محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی ناپاهایت و گوشال (2002) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون سوبل و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین اخلاق حرفه ایی و مؤلفه های آن و سرمایه اجتماعی(717/0r=) و مؤلفه های آن با اخلاق شهروندی هواداران (581/0r=) رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (01/0≤ p). خروجی های نرم افزار AMOS نشان دهنده برازش مناسب مدل ساختاری بود. (میزان شاخص های NFI=0/9، IFI=0/97، RMSEA=0/07 و CFI=0/97 نشان دهنده برازش مدل ساختاری بودند). با توجه به نتایج تحقیق: مقدار آماره سوبل برابر با 314/8 است که در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد معنادار گزارش شد (P-Value≤0.05) به نظر می رسد، که سرمایه اجتماعی باشگاه می تواند به عنوان متغیر میانجی بین اخلاق حرفه ای مدیران و اخلاق مدنی و شهروندی هواداران عمل نماید و اخلاق حرفه ای از این طریق اثرات خود را بر اخلاق شهروندی هواداران نمایان سازد.
