چکیده

هدف از انجام این تحقیق، اثر حکمرانی سازمانی بر رفتار نوآورانه کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران با نقش تعدیل کنندگی اعتماد سازمانی می باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان(400 نفر) بودند که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی- طبقه ای متناسب، 230 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتار نوآورانه (اسکات و بروس، 1994) ، حکمرانی سازمانی (حاتمله، 2017) و اعتماد سازمانی (پالیسز کیوسز، 2010) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها ، از مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر به وسیله نرم افزار ایموس نسخه 24 استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد ، بین حکمرانی سازمانی با رفتار نوآورانه رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین نقش متغیر تعدیل گر اعتماد سازمانی در رابطه بین ابعاد حکمرانی سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه مورد تائید است. بنابراین مدیران سازمان های ورزشی در کنار اقدامات لازم برای بهبود شاخص های حکمرانی سازمانی، باید تلاش کنند با ایجاد تغییر در ساختارها، فرآیندها، فرهنگ، تکنولوژی و استراتژی های خود، اعتماد را در فضای سازمانی تقویت و زمینه اعتماد ذی نفعان به سازمان را فراهم سازند، تا باعث بروز رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان شوند.
