چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل موانع کآرافرینی در ورزش از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی دانشگاه تهران بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق همه 240 دانجشوی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشکده تربیت بدنی دانشگاه تهران بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان به طور تصادفی 148 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای دست‌یابی به اهداف تحقیق از پرسشنامه‌ی 35 سؤالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تایید 15 تن از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی رسید و روایی سازه آن با تحلیل عاملی تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز در یک آزمون مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش واریمکس و آزمون فریدمن با کمک نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد هفت مانع مؤثر بر عدم توسعه‌ی کارآفرینی در ورزش به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از موانع خانوادگی، شخصیتی، پرورشی، علمی – تخصصی، مالی ، فرهنگی – اجتماعی و قانونی.
