چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه کیفی پیامدهای کارآفرینی اجتماعی در ورزش بود. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، در مجموع با 13 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی (هفت نفر)، اساتید اقتصاد (سه نفر) و اساتید مدیریت کارآفرینی (سه نفر) به‌صورت باز مصاحبه شد. روش ﺟﻤﻊ‌آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ پژوهش‌های پیشین و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ و ﺑﺎز بود. در جهت سنجش اعتبار، انتقال و تأیید پذیری، یافته‌های ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺑﺮای ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اراﺋﻪ و ﻣﺘﻦ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آن‌ها ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﻧﻈﺮات آن‌ها اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. برای سنجش قابلیت اعتماد داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها از روش توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد. میانگین میزان توافق درون موضوعی 81/0 گزارش شد. بر مبنای یافته‌ها پیامدهای کارآفرینی اجتماعی در ورزش شامل پیامدهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فن آوری است.لذا توصیه می‌شود بر مبنای پیامدهای کارآفرینی اجتماعی در ورزش، مدیران و مسئولان کشوری، سیاست‌های خود را در جهت توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی متمرکز نمایند.
