چالش ها و فرصت های کووید- 19 پیش روی مدیریت ورزش ایران

چکیده

با شیوع کووید- 19 در سراسر دنیا، تمام ابعاد اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و سلامت به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت. حوزه ورزش نیز همانند سایر ابعاد گفته شده در امان نماند. بنابراین محققان با در نظر گرفتن نیاز فوری و اهمیت ویژه مطالعه در حیطه مدیریت ورزشی در این شرایط نا آشنا، به مطالعه ی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های کووید- 19 پیش‌روی مدیریت ورزش ایران پرداختند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی و از نظر زمانی به صورت مقطعی بود. یافته‌های تحقیق در قسمت چالش‌ها نشان داد که مدیریت ورزش کشور با چالش‌هایی همچون به خطر افتادن سلامت جسمانی ورزشکاران شاغل در لیگ‌های حرفه‌ای و کاهش درآمد مشاغل مرتبط با ورزش روبه رو است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت ورزش ایران دارای فرصت‌هایی از قبیل توجه بیش از پیش به پایش سلامت در باشگاه‌ها و لیگ‌های ورزشی و استفاده از فناوری برای برگزاری کلاس‌های تربیت بدنی در دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس است. به عنوان نتیجه-گیری کلی می‌توان گفت که کووید-19 جدا از پیامدهای نگران کننده، فرصت هایی را در دل خود به همراه دارد؛ بنابراین مدیریت ورزش کشور باید از چالش ها آگاه باشند و از فرصت ها بهره مند شوند.
