چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تدوین الگوی توسعه مسئولیت اجتماعی اداره تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور بود که برای این منظور، 115 عضو هیئت علمی تربیت بدنی، مدیرکل، کارشناس اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور کشور در دو بخش کمی و کیفی به صورت کل‌شمار انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه محقق ساخته 22 سؤالی پنج ارزشی لیکرت پاسخ دادند. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش نامه بر اساس نظرات محققان مدیریت ورزشی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (96%) به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 23 و اسمات پی ال اس استفاده شد.
یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر ارتقا مسئولیت اجتماعی اداره تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور متشکل از 5 بعد ذی نفعان، اجتماعی، توجه به محیط زیست، اقتصادی و داوطلبانه است که با توجه به نتیجه آزمون فریدمن مبنی بر اولویت معنادار میان آن ها (18/26=2χ، 01/0>P)، به ترتیب ابعاد اجتماعی، داوطلبانه، محیط زیستی، ذی نفعان و اقتصادی از اولویت برخوردارند. و شاخص‌های برازش مدل از مقدار قابل قبول و مطلوب برخوردار بوده و مدل تحقیق مورد تأیید است.
