چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر مجازی‌سازی عملکردی سازمان بر پایداری سازمانی با نقش میانجی هم‌افزایی نیروی انسانی و خِرد سازمانی می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی– پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران (480=N) تشکیل دادند و همچنین نمونه آماری پژوهش با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان و به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای از سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران (215=n) انتخاب شد. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از یک پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات فردی و چهار پرسشنامۀ مجازی‌سازی سازمان (ویلیامیل استرید، 2007)، پرسشنامه خِرد سازمانی (براون و گرین، 2006) و پرسشنامه سینرژی سرمایه انسانی (احمدی و همکاران، 1396) و پرسشنامه پایداری سازمانی (دیک و همکاران، 2012) استفاده شد. روایی این پرسشنامه‌ها به تایید هفت نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی همدان رسید و همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.92، 0.87، 0.94 و 0.89 به‌دست آمد. در این تحقیق نیز برای برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده ابتدا در سطح توصیفی با استفاده از شاخص‌های آماری به توصیف سوالات پرسشنامه پرداخته می‌شود و سپس در سطح استنباطی برای بررسی صحت و سقم فرضیه‌ها و روابط بین متغیر‌های تحقیق از تکنیک تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس نسخه 3 استفاده شده است. مهمترین نتایج به دست آمده از تحقیق حاکی از این بوده که مجازی‌سازی عملکردی سازمان بر پایداری سازمانی با نقش میانجی هم‌افزایی نیروی انسانی و خِرد سازمانی تاثیر معناداری دارد.
