چکیده
علیرغم، افزایش آگاهی عمومی مردم درباره عوارض و پیامدهای ناشی از بیتحرکی، براساس شواهد موجود فقط درصد کمی از جامعه دانشگاهی کشور از برنامههای ورزشی دانشگاهها استقبال میکنند، لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی عوامل زمینهای در نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی در دانشگاههای ایران بود. روش انجام پژوهش کیفی بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش را 30 نفر از صاحبنظران، مدیران و متخصصانی تشکیل دادند که با موضوع ورزش همگانی و فعالیت بدنی در دانشگاهها و موضوع نهادینهسازی ورزش، سروکار داشتند. با توجه به استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک و انجام مصاحبه برای گردآوری دادهها، نمونهگیری بهصورت نظری و با استفاده از روش قضاوتی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش کیفی، هفت عامل، پایش محیط، رسانه، آموزش و تحقیقات، خانواده، بسترهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی، حمایت و تشویق و عوامل قانونی به عنوان عوامل زمینهای و بسترساز نهادینه کردن فعالیت بدنی در دانشگاههای ایران شناسایی شد. از اینرو، به نظر میرسد میتوان با شناسایی فرصتهای موجود در ورزش دانشگاهی و توجه به نقش آموزش و پژوهش در کنار اصلاح سیاستها و ساختارهای ورزش دانشگاهی، فرایند نهادینه سازی فعالیت بدنی در دانشگاههای ایران را تقویت نمود.
