چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ طراحی مدل مشارکت سازمانهای ورزشی دولتی در بخش ورزش برای همه، با توجه به خط مشی سلامت محوری دولت بود. جامعـه آمـاری پـژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان، سازمانهای ورزشی دولتی در بخش ورزش برای همه بود (192 = N) که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 130 نفر به طور تصادفی برای نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت دستیابی به اهـداف تحقیـق از پرسشـنامه محقـق سـاخته 41 سئوالی استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تایید 12 تـن از متخصصین و اساتید دانشگاه رسـید و روایی سازه آن با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد بررسی و تایید قـرار گرفـت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز در یک مطالعـه مقـدماتی بـا 30 آزمـودنی و بـا آلفـای کرونبـاخ 88/0 محاسبه شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی مانند: جـدول توزیـع فراوانـی و درصد و روش های آماری استنباطی از جمله: کلموگروف اسمیرنف، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و تحلیل روابط متغیرهای پنهان با استفاده از دو نرم افزار SPSS. V. 20 و EQS. V. 6.2 استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد در مدل مشارکت سازمانهای ورزشی دولتی در بخش توسعه ورزش برای همه، سه عامل مدیریتی، ساختاری و سازمانی و محیطی به همراه 15 مولفه آن ها، دخیل هستند. همچنین مدل مشارکت سازمانهای ورزشی دولتی در بخش ورزش برای همه از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود.
