چکیده
نقش ارزیابی عملکرد در ارتقاء بهره وری سازمانی و نظارت بر نحوه به کارگیری منابع سازمانی حایز اهمیت است و هر سازمان جهت پیشبرد اهداف و سیاست های خود باید از یک الگوی ارزیابی مناسب استفاده نماید. پژوهش حاضر بر آن بود تا با در نظر گرفتن ماموریت ها و وظایف قانونی هیئت های ورزشی کشور الگویی مناسب را برای ارزیابی عملکرد در این حوزه طراحی و ارایه نماید. بدین منظور با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روایی آن توسط 12 نفر از مدیران ارشد ورزش کشور و پایایی آن، با ضریب آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود به تمامی هیئت های ورزشی کشور که به عنوان جامعه آماری تعیین شده بودند از طریق 51 فدراسیون ورزشی و 31 اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استانی ارسال گردید. در این پژوهش، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنف، تی تک نمونه‌ای، فریدمن، مدلسازی معادلات ساختازی و از نرم افزارهای PLS Smart و Spss استفاده شد.
بر مبنای یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی این پژوهش 27گویه به عنوان شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد دارای الویت می باشد که هیئت های ورزشی می بایست در قالب 7 عامل یا حوزه عملکردی شامل؛ توسعه و همگانی، مالی و جذب منابع، آموزش، استعدادیابی، مسابقات و رویدادها، اردوها و اعزام ها و نیز حقوقی و قانونی مورد ارزیابی عملکرد سالیانه قرار گیرند بنابراین توصیه می شود که هیئت ها در همه ابعاد، عملکرد مداوم داشته باشند.
