شناسایی عوامل موثر در توسعه علمی کاربردی دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی با رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده

در حوزه توسعه دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی تحقیقات علمی پراکنده‌ای در سطح جهان صورت گرفته است که منجر به تدوین و چاپ مقاله های زیادی در نشریه‌های علمی شده است. بررسی جامع و عمیق این پژوهش‌ها و تفسیر یافته‌های آنها می‌تواند درک روشنی به محققان ارائه دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر در توسعه علمی کاربردی دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر استراتژی توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب به عنوان مسیر اجرا در جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کلیه مقاله های مرتبط با حوزه توسعه دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی است که در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی گوگل اسکولار و ساینس دایرکت از سال 2005 تا 2020 چاپ شده است. بر این اساس با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی، مرتبط‌ترین پژوهش‌ها با رویکرد هدفمند انتخاب شد(134=N). برای بررسی یافته‌ها از روش فراترکیب سندولوسکی و باروسو (2007) استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد 5 مولفه (آموزش، پژوهش، کارافرینی، ارتباط با جامعه و مرجعیت علمی)، 18 زیرمولفه و 122 کد در زمینه توسعه دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی نقش دارند. در نهایت با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی تدوین شد.
