پیش بینی رفتار پرسه‌زنی اینترنتی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد با استفاده از تکنیک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی رفتار پرسه زنی اینترنتی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد با استفاده از تکنیک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی بود که به صورت پیمایش اجرا شد. نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. برای کسب داده درخصوص متغیر وابسته پژوهش یعنی رفتار پرسه‌زنی اینترنتی از مقیاس استودارت (2016) حاوی 22 سوال استفاده شد. بررسی پایایی این ابزار به روش آلفای کرونباخ و بررسی

روایی آن به شیوه روایی محتوا، انجام و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 24 انجام گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها شامل 23 متغیر مستقل و یک متغیر وابسته، دو نوع شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چند لایه (MLP) و تابع شعاع مدار (RBF) طراحی و اجرا شد. درصد صحت پیش‌بینی رفتار پرسه زنی اینترنتی در داده‌های آموزش و آزمایش و اعتبارسنجی برای شبکه عصبی MLP به ترتیب برابر با 8/87، 0/75 و 7/72 و برای شبکه عصبی RBF به ترتیب برابر با 6/83، 8/81 و 7/91 محاسبه شد. سطح زیر منحنی راک برای دو شبکه MLP و RBF برابر با 611/0 و 677/0 بدست آمد. مقایسه دو شبکه عصبی MLP و RBF بر اساس معیارهای سطح زیر منحنی راک و درصد صحت پیش‌بینی نشان داد شبکه عصبی RBF در پیش‌بینی رفتار پرسه زنی اینترنتی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد کاراتر است و سه متغیر میزان نزدیکی و صمیمیت با مدیر، سن و منبع کنترل بیشترین تاثیر را بر رفتار پرسه زنی اینترنتی داشته‌اند.
