Abstract The present study seeks to provide a conceptual framework for competitiveness in the Iranian sports services industry. The research method is qualitative with systematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of human society (managers and experts of service clubs, university professors with sports marketing expertise) and information society (scientific resources, documents and libraries on competitiveness). The statistical sample was selected with sufficient number based on theoretical saturation (17 persons and 56 documents). Research tools included systematic library study and semi-structured interview. Validity of the instrument was evaluated using descriptive qualitative methods (content validity). Conceptual coding and conceptual framing were used to analyze the findings. The presented analytical framework consists of 5 general areas including market management, market structure, market capability, market ecosystem and market competitiveness. The conceptual model derived from the coding framework was identified as a process system from market ecosystem and market management to the sustainable competitiveness of sports services. Therefore, it can be said that neglect of any of the elements or components can disrupt the order and relative balance in the competitive structure of the Iranian sports services market. Therefore, the sports services market requires the development of the business environment and the management of the sports services market for sustainable competitiveness.KeywordsMarket Management, Competitiveness, Sport Services, Sports Industry

(1393) and the questionnaire of the maturity model of knowledge management is consistent with business strategies Jami Pour et al. (1393) were used.Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Amos. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of the statistical society; the binomial test to determine the maturity level of the indices; the calculated value to determine the capability of the indices; and the formula for the percentage of puberty to determine the level and total percentage of puberty; and, structural equation modeling to determine the structural equation model of KM indicators matched with business strategies in Iranian sport was used. The results showed that the maturity level of knowledge management is consistent with business strategies of 69.13%. Strategic, organizational and huma, and technical and content dimensions have a significant effect on business. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 58 questions, whose validity was confirmed by nine experts in this field. The reliability of the questionnaire was also reported using 88% Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS version 22 software. The results showed that 13 personal, organizational, environmental factors, tendency to creativity, risk appetite, desire for independence, desire for internal control, desire for success, encouragement for innovation, educational environment, legal conditions, conditions Economic and social conditions affect the entrepreneurship of physical education students, among which the highest priority is related to personal factors and the lowest priority is "encouragement and innovation". National Building Regulations the Topic of 19 plays a major role in reducing energy consumption. Therefore, identifying the effective factors on it can be useful in energy management. The purpose of this research is to identify the national building regulations of Section 19 and its determinant factors using the Structural Interpretative Equation Model. This method is a part of the system analysis methods that examines the interactions between elements of the system. In order to achieve the research goal, two methods of documentation (with the study of the background and theoretical foundations of the research). Field-Survey has been used. Considering that this method is based on the opinion of the experts, 15 expert opinions and supervisor of sports facilities were used to validate ISM interpretive modeling. After analyzing the data and components affecting energy management, they were placed on four levels, based on which the ISM graph was designed. After MICMAC analysis, the components depend on the strength of the influence and dependence categorized on three levels, independent level (insulation of cold and hot pipes), dependent level (autonomous shell insulation) and autonomous (flood gates and openings, equipment and lighting system management, Mechanical facility management, training supervisory program, and staffing assignment). Insulation of hot and cold water pipes has the greatest impact on the implementation of Topic 19 in sports complex.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge-based culture (KBC) with the knowledge management (KM) approach in advancing the functions of third-generation university, a case study of sports science faculties. The population includes the faculty members of the (public) colleges of sports science throughout the country. The sample was selected by the total sampling method and 268 questionnaires were returned. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 24 questions was used for data collection that its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/92) and the combined reliability and validity were confirmed using convergent validity (confirmation of factor load and AVE value) and diagnostic validity. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze data by the 23rd version of SPSS and to provide the model, equation modeling technique was used by LISREL8.5 software. The results showed that the impact of KBC on KM is positive and significant and leads to the advancement of educational, research and entrepreneurial functions of sport science faculties. Also, the impact of KM on the advancement of third-generation university functions in sport science faculties is positive and significant. In addition, the mediating role of KM in the relationship between KBC and third-generation university functions in sport science faculties was confirmed.
