With the spread of COVID -19 around the world, all social, political, economic and health dimensions were affected. The sports field, like other dimensions, was affected. Therefore, considering the urgent need and high importance of studying in the field of sports management in these unfamiliar conditions, current researchers studied the challenges and opportunities of COVID -19 in front of sports management in Iran. The current research in terms of purpose, data collection and time were applied, descriptive-analytical and cross – sectional method. Findings revealed that the country's sport management faces challenges such as the risk of physical health of athletes working in professional leagues and reducing income from sport - related jobs. Further, results showed that sport management in Iran possess opportunities such as attention to health check-up in clubs and sports leagues, and the use of technology to hold physical education and sports classroom in universities and schools. Overall, it can be said that COVID -19, apart from its worrying consequences, has opportunities in its heart, so the country's sports management should be aware of the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities.

The purpose of this study was to identify the financing straregies in professional sports. The methodology of this research was qualitative with the phenomenological approach and the required information was obtained, using documentary studies and semi-structured interviews. The research statistical population was university professors with specialization in sports management, economics, and entrepreneurship, sport's senior managers and career professionals, and senior managers of corporations and investment funds. The sampling method was non-random and purposeful. We continued interviews with experts to reach the theoretical saturation (20 interviews). As a result of analyzing the data on financing strategies in Iran's professional sports, three main categories, 14 sub-categories and 115 concepts or open codes were identified. Asset-based financing strategies consist of location-based financing, debt-based financing, capital-based financing, partnership-based financing, and gift-based financing; Sports revenue sources consisting ofadvertising, sponsoring, TV rights, match day revenue, goods and services based on brand, athletes and fans and also operational components including executive actions and optimal ownership as the most important strategies in professional sports of Iran were proposed. Awareness of these strategies puts a clear roadmap for the implementation of the desired model of financing in Iran's professional sports for the country's sports authorities.

The experiences of other countries in the field of the type of discipline and the intended goals for it, can explore and analyze a range of strategic thinking in educational programs in order to apply science. The aim of the present study was a comparative study of sports science disciplines in Iranian and world universities from the perspective of discipline diversity in order to apply this discipline. Qualitative research method and in this regard, Bereday model was used. The statistical sample was the curriculum of sports sciences of the top universities in sports sciences. Shanghai ranking (2018) was used in the selection of universities of sports sciences. A study of 100 different universities in the field of sports showed that more than 84 different disciplines of sports sciences are taught at the undergraduate level, while in Iran 16 disciplines of sports sciences are taught. The type of degrees (Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, etc.), the variety of disciplines and the type of institution (department, college, school, university) in the undergraduate course in universities in Iran and the world are different. Diversity of disciplines in order to create interdisciplinary approaches should be considered and it is suggested that a range of disciplines of sports sciences tailored to the needs of Iranian Islamic society and culture in order to develop multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches. To be created. This is important because the development of sports science disciplines can be used as a tool to make sports science more practical in society.

Designing ambush marketing model in Islamic Republic of Iran Football Premier LeagueNowadays, one of the main factors influencing economy in the world is sport. For this purpose, in recent years, commercial support of athletic events has increased continuously. It is believed that popularity of marketing through financial support has resulted in emergence of a new marketing strategy called ambush marketing. Events such as Football Premier League competitions is an ideal condition for special marketing activities such as ambush marketing, a strategy in marketing knowledge which pays attention to the efforts of business competitors to enhance its position. Present research has been compiled with the objective of designing ambush marketing model in Football Premier League of Islamic Republic of Iran. Qualitative research method is considered a post-modern research method according to descriptive survey strategy. Research statistical population includes all sport marketing experts who were selected for interview using purposive and snowball sampling methods. 15 experts in the field of sport management and marketing are regarded as the sample volume. Reliability and validity of research was confirmed by related experts. In order to analyze gathered data, descriptive (frequency percentage, Shannon formula) and hidden content analysis techniques were applied in the format of phenomenological strategy using MAXQDA18software. Findings indicate economic and financial, social, media, management, legal, ambush marketing tactics and strategies including motivational and ethical factors are factors influencing ambush marketing. Sponsors and organizers of event disapprove ambush marketing and believe that effective standards should be established to prevent its prevalence.

Startups play a key role in reducing unemployment and economic growth. Governments have been turning to college student startups since the early twentieth century.Field Research and Experience The student startups at the universities of the country express the lack of flourishing. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the growth of sports science startups in Iran using network analysis technique.The statistical population of this study consisted of experts in student startups, professors and students of management of sport science faculties of Iran and were selected as snowball sampling. From in-depth interviews with experts and research backgrounds, 41 factors were identified and classified into 6 clusters as effective factors. The data were analyzed with the help of experts and software from SuperDisign and SPSS. The experts prioritized the clusters in the order of individual founding factors, college learning environment, academic economics, technology and communication, facilities and social and cultural settings. In the overall ranking below the criteria, the Founder of Social Up and Emotional Intelligence Startup was ranked as the most important priority and the family support for sport was the least important. It is recommended to launch a network called Sports Industry and Community Needs to apply student research results and increase student motivation and innovation.

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of social responsibility of the Physical Education General Directorate of Payame Noor University. The 115 pepole of manegers and experts and faculty members were selected and answered the researcher-made questionnaire of 22 five-point Likert questions. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on the opinions of sports management researchers and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (96%). In order to analyze the data, heuristic factor, Friedman ranking test and structural equation analysis were used with the help of SPSS software version 23 and nameplateFindings showed that the model of factors affecting the promotion of social responsibility of Payame Noor University Physical Education Department consists of 5 dimensions of stakeholders, social, environmental, economic and voluntary, which according to the result of Friedman test based on a significant priority among them. (2x 26/18, P <0.01), social, voluntary, environmental, stakeholder and economic dimensions have priority, respectively. And the fit indices of the model have an acceptable and desirable value and the research model is approved.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of WebGIS implementation based on Web.02 in order to promote the construction and operation of sports projects in Alborz province. The research method was descriptive and field survey and the research area of Alborz province was selected and fully examined. In this regard, using the SWOT-ANP method, internal and external factors affecting the implementation of WebGIS based on Web.02 were identified by examining the documentation and survey of experts and The ANP method and paired comparison questionnaire were used to calculate the final weights and adopt the best strategy. The results show that WO strategy has the highest weight and is considered as the best strategy. According to the results, it is possible to implement Web-based GIS based on WEB-2 depends on eliminate weaknesses of the organization in order to make the best use of opportunities in Alborz province that will not be achieved except by training staff and creating an integrated database of sports spaces in the province.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational performance virtualization on organizational sustainability with the mediating role of human resource enhancement and organizational wisdom. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of Tehran Municipality Sports Organization (N = 480), Also, the statistical sample of the research was selected using Morgan sampling table and stratified randomly from Tehran Municipality Sports Organization (n = 215). In order to collect data from one personal information questionnaire and four organizational virtualization questionnaires (William Stride, 2007), organizational micro-questionnaire (Brown and Green, 2006) and human capital synergy questionnaire (Ahmadi et al., 2017) and organizational sustainability questionnaire (Dick and. Et al., 2012) were used. The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by seven professors of sports management at the Islamic Azad University of Hamadan, Also, the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.92, 0.87, 0.94 and 0.89 using Cronbach's alpha test, respectively. In this research, in order to analyze the collected data, first the questionnaire questions are described at the descriptive level using statistical indicators and then at the inferential level to check the accuracy of the hypotheses and the relationships between the research variables using the path analysis technique. The current paper aims to develop theoretical indicators of implementing talent management in Iranian sports organizations. The qualitative and grounded theory approach based on Strauss&Corbin (1998) were used. The population included 17 managers and associates, professors and responsibles of Iranian sports organizations (sports federations) who were selected by quota-sampling (snowball) procedure. Data was gathered by the semi-structured interview. The concepts obtained in the causative conditions were explained by twelve topics of politicization, lack of planning, distrust, limited participation, inefficiency of the advertising structure, discriminatory attitudes, inefficiency of the monitoring system, weakness of the coordinated, integrated and unprofessional system and morality. In contextual conditions, four topics of culture, knowledge, psychology and autonomy were extracted.In intervention conditions, four technical, environmental, managerial and structural, individual and interpersonal general areas, in the identified strategies, five main categories included internal and external challenges and the consequences of implementing talent management in sports organizations lead to the development of sports organizations at individual, organizational and process dimensions in national sports organizations. Finally, it is concluded that implementing talent management and consideration of its components in all levels of sports organizations could help to promote athletic, educational and professional national sports. It is suggested that the future researchers will explore the impact of talent management on structural, behavioral and content dimension of sports organizations.

The purpose of this research was to analyze of the barriers to entrepreneurship in sport from the perspective of M.A students of physical education and sport sciences at the Tehran University. Statistical population of this study included 240 M.A. students of physical education and sport sciences who were studying at the Tehran University. Based on Morgan table, 148 students were randomly selected as research samples. To achieve the research goals self - made questionnaire was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts of sport management, and construct validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by factor analysis method. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.93 respectively. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotated matrix and Freidman test by application of SPSS software were used. The result of research indicated that there are seven obstacles affecting the development of entrepreneurship in sports in order of priority family factors, personality factors, educational factors, scientific and professional factors, financial factors, social and cultural factors, and legal factors.
