The research method was observational correlational study. The statistical population of this study was all spectators of the volleyball league in 2016. The sample size was estimated to be 384 by using of the Cochran formula for an unidentified society. To collect data, Mahoney's Attitude and Behavioral Loyalty Questionnaire (2000) and Soleymani’s Aesthetic Questionnaire of Sports Facilities (2010) were used. Validity and reliability of these questionnaires (the aesthetics of the sports complexes, 0.95, attitudinal loyalty 0.77 and behavioral loyalty 0.72), were confirmed to be high and acceptable. In order to analyze the data, skewness and kurtosis test, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equations modeling were used. Regarding the results of this research, there was a significant relationship between aesthetic and its components with attitude and behavioral loyalty. The AMOS software outputs confirmed the matrix of the research model (GFI = 0/98, NFI = 0/93, IFI = 0/95, CFI = 0/99 and RMIEA = 0/051). According to the results of the research, it seems that the aesthetics of sport complexes and its components is one of the most important factors affecting on the loyalty (attitude and behavior) of the supporters of the teams and customers of these sports complexes. thus, it is recommended that, in view of the role of the environmental component in creating behavioral loyalty and the role of the form component in creating attitudinal loyalty, the amount of these loyalty among volleyball players have to be increased.

The purpose of this study was to, design and present a successful model of customer relationship management in Iran sports service sector places. This research is a multi-method research in terms of research design. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts (13 persons) and customers of sports facilities (384 persons). Data analysis was done in both quantitative and qualitative parts. Meta-analysis software was used to collect the required data to identify the factors affecting the success of customer relationship management, and to fit the model initially. Delphi technique was used through interviewing experts to design successful model of relationship management with sports clients. Also, structural equation modeling software at the significant level of 0.001 was used to determine the relationships between structures. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, a small portion of the statistical population using Cronbach's alpha at the 0.001 level of reliability of the 42-item questionnaire was 0.89. According to the output obtained from CMA meta-analysis software, Delphi technique and SEM, the comprehensive model and effective model of customer relationship management success in Iran's sports services sector was validated with 14 constructs. Therefore, service organizations must focus all their activities and capabilities on customer satisfaction, as customers are the only source of return on investment. However, competitive markets today require all organizations to be customer oriented.

One of the necessary conditions for realizing the growth and development of sports spaces is to identify and identify the factors and problems facing these spaces and provide appropriate solutions for its development. One of the issues that can have a huge impact on the development of the sports arena is economic issues. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to develop a model of development of sport space in Tehran with resistance economics approach. The selected samples in this study were experts, experts, experts and faculty members (sport management and economics) who were selected in a purposeful manner. After about 20 hours of in-depth interviews with 16 selected samples, theoretical saturation was achieved and the interviews were implemented based on the results of field interviews in maxqda 12, the qualitative model with 106 concepts of 24 axial codes and 5 codes. There was a selection. The results of the present study show that the factors involved in formulating the model are obtained and are effective and include 5 main variables and its components that ultimately constitute the model of development of sports spaces in Tehran with emphasis on resistive economy that if implemented Sports spaces will be developed at a lower cost, so strategies needed alongside legislation such as empowering specialists, combating corruption in the sport, government support for the private sector, upgrading and enhancing sports engineering and fundraising can help develop the spaces. Become a sport with a resistive economy approach.

Social phenomena, in large extents, need following the directing policies and frameworks of economic. Therefore, presenting understandable and applicable models is essential in order to be used as economic strategies. Sport in micro and macro levels, which is considered as a social phenomena, is not an exception and it needs social studies in the fields of Econometrics. As a matter of fact, recent economic policies in Iran have the concept of resistance. Thus, the main purpose of the study is to present a model of institutionalizing the resistance economic in sport. This study implementing a qualitative content analysis and Glizer's approach, conducted 15 semi-structured interviews to take benefit of sport and economic genius and authorities' viewpoint. To clarify the concepts, conceptual model of macro level institutionalizing resistance economic in sport was elicited and presented. Based on findings, eight main factors of sociable, economics, legal, infrastructural, environmental, scientific, technologic and cultural were extracted. In such case, it can be mentioned that in order to accomplish important economic policies in management realms like sport, it is necessary to acculturate and strengthen the intended society, providing soft and hard infrastructures and humanwares , as well as taking benefit from scientific, geographic, local and sociological.

recent decades, the sports industry, as one of the new industries, has played a productive role in the international economy and has been more effective for macroeconomic investments for any country. The relative advantage of sports goods is one of the above. To determine the most important business partners of Iran, the commercial share of countries in the field of sports goods during 5 years was used. Then, using the Revealed symmetric comparative advantage index, Lafay, Balasa (export) and Proudman and Reading index, the comparative advantage of each country was examined. On average, Bulgaria and Austria had the highest competitive advantage in the export of boats, China in the export of shoes, clothing and miscellaneous goods, and Germany in the export of boats and sporting rifles, based on the Balasa index and the Revealed symmetric comparative advantage. The Proudman and Reading indices also showed that Indonesia had the highest competitive advantage in footwear exports, Iran in clothing exports, the Netherlands in boat exports, Germany in arms exports, and Korea in exporting miscellaneous goods.

Emphasizing component identification and future research, this study investigates the maturity of human resources (HR) in physical education department of state universities in Iran. A mixed research approach was used to collect relevant data. In the first stage, the literature was reviewed, a number of experts were interviewed, and theoretical saturation was reached. Next, the expert group identified the strategic outlook and risk variables by determining the prospects of the variables. The findings confirmed the impact of HR leadership, employee and labor relations, HR perceptions, HR development, HR service compensation, HR planning, and HR strategy on the maturity of human resources in the study population. In addition to these variables, organizational knowledge, authority delegation, and participation in design and deployment processes are among the most important sub-variables in the context of human recourses. It is strongly recommended that physical education departments consider the abovementioned components in their attempt to develop an optimal strategic plan for human resources maturity.

The purpose of this study was to design a conceptual model of performance management of the Iranian Student Sport Federation. In this applied research, qualitative method with inductive approach through theoretical saturation with experts has been used. Interview data were analyzed using Maxqda12 Software and thematic analysis. In the three stages of descriptive coding, interpretive coding and integration, 365 codes, 107 descriptive themes, and 16 interpretive themes were produced that were eventually integrated into the conceptual model of performance management in the Student Sport Federation. The model consists of three sections: Proponents (enablers), processes, and dimensions (results) that were rated and scored by the focus group method. The reliability of the research was confirmed by various methods. The model created in a template can help federation officials and staff move toward the goals of the federation, and monitor their success or failure in federation programs at any time and demonstrate appropriate response to enhance or improve performance.
