The purpose of this study was to design an acceleration model of physical education schools towards fourth generation universities based on Strauss and Corbin model. The research method was qualitative and derived from data (study of articles and documents and purposeful snowball interview) and the use of Delphi method. The statistical population in this study was sports management professors with outstanding executive, scientific and research background. Data collection continued until the theoretical saturation of the data with semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a systematic method based on the Strauss and Corbin model including three-step open, axial, selective and Delphi coding was used. Coding results in the model, 5 dimensions and 12 variables, causal conditions with two variables (scientific-social responsibility and environmental dynamics and organizational mission), intervention conditions into four variables (reproductive growth centers, information systems, industry relations and Customers and competitors), contextual conditions with two variables (role of government and structure and context), strategies with two variables (top management and leadership, human resources) and consequences with two variables (role of fourth generation physical education faculty and quality Educational and research) identified. According to the research results, the need to use a native model of the fourth generation physical education faculty, to a large extent, the gaps in the commercialization of scientific research of physical education faculties, as the most important feature of the fourth generation university, seems necessary

The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of talent management in university sports (case study: Student Sports Federation). Therefore, the number of 112 questionnaires of Phillips and Rapper's (2009) university sports talent management standard was completed and collected by the staff of the Student Sports Federation in 1401. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics methods, Klomogrove and Smirnov tests were used to determine the normality of the data and structural equation modeling through SPSS and Smart pls software. The results showed that attracting talent on improving talent management with an impact factor of 0.49 and a critical value of 9.176, discovering talent on improving talent management with an impact factor of 0.63 and a critical value of 11.759, developing and improving talent on improving talent management With an impact factor of 0.29, a critical value of 4.571 and talent retention has had a positive and significant effect on the improvement of talent management with an impact factor of 0.58 and a critical value of 8.087. Based on this, talent discovery has the greatest impact on improving talent management with an impact factor of 0.63, and talent development and improvement has the least impact on improving talent management with an impact factor of 0.29. Also, the evaluation of the model for calculating the goodness of fit index of the model showed that the GOF index of this model was 0.396, which indicates the overall desirability of the model

The aim of this study is to determine the effective factors on improving modeling and creating cultural symbols in public sports. Designed and implemented. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the qualitative part of this research consisted of elites and experts in the field of management aware of the subject of the research and in the quantitative part; The statistical population also included experts. The tools of the present study included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and the structural equation method was used in the quantitative part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 2. The results of the present study showed that cultural activities, educational issues, social activities, regulatory issues, nature issues, ethical issues and symbolism should be identified as key components to improve cultural modeling in public sports. The results of the present study showed that among the identified factors, cultural factors, educational factors and social factors are identified as key factors to improve cultural modeling in public sports.

The purpose of this research is to provide a scientific and practical model in order to understand the nature of liability insurance contracts in sports so that the elements of sports (managers, coaches and athletes) are aware of the need to have insurance coverage for accidents and injuries that may be possible for sports people, especially athletes. be informed if it occurs. Since the present research does not require sampling and interviews, data analysis has been done by description and analysis in a library method, and it has been tried to see what the perspective of the courts and judicial procedure is in such cases. The results of the research showed that insurance obligations for the loss of victims caused by sports accidents should be examined from the perspective of professional sports, so that before concluding an insurance contract, all possible possibilities for insurance coverage are considered by coaches and managers of sports teams and clubs and even national teams. should be placed so that insurance companies do not refuse to pay damages when faced with accidents. This study was designed to conduct a comparative study of strategies for promotion of physical activity in older adults in selected countries and to provide practical strategies in Iran. It is a comparative study with a qualitative strategy. Data have been collected with the technique of documenting using the documents, instructions, articles, research projects and Internet resources in selected countries (USA, Canada, Finland, UK and Japan) and analyzed with Brady's comparative model in four stages. Based on four individual, social, organizational and environmental factors, detailed and valid information of these countries, strategies and practical actions for implementation in Iran were provided. Promoting health literacy, providing access, institutionalizing of older adults’ physical activity, promoting a public culture for older adults’ physical activity , supporting promotion strategies, support and social participation, community acceptance, dual deprivation/benefit, the participation of public and private institutions, the development of macro-management plans, the integration of traditional / modern dual programs, etc. were found . Using the balanced generalizability method, some tactics and practical extraction measures of countries were used as strategies to promote aging sports in Iran. It seems necessary to design and implement a national program and guidelines for aging sports and promote it in our country, which in the coming years will become a country with a large population of older adults.

Open government data is a new issue that is on the agenda of international institutions and developed governments and seeks to use the capacity of the people in policy-making. Achieving this requires identifying the status quo, explaining the status quo, and analyzing the gap between the status quo and the status quo. One of the important areas that require the use of open data is the field of Iranian championship sports, which in previous research has been limited to this area, so the present study aimed to design a paradigm model of factors affecting open government data policy in the Iranian sports industry. This research is of qualitative type and is development-applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and form of implementation. The statistical population of the study includes faculty members, policy makers and sports decision makers in the country at the macro level and sampling was done using the snowball method and finally occurred with 15 theoretical saturation interviews. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews and coding and data theory theory method were used to analyze specialized interviews. Based on the findings, a model of factors affecting open government data policy in the Iranian sports industry was designed. The results indicate that this model has 6 main dimensions including causal conditions (lack of sports development, low participation, poor creativity and policy-making, etc.), intervenors (institutional factors, cultural and social factors, information distribution channels, etc.), Background conditions (environmental factors, legal and legal factors, technical infrastructure
