The research aims to determine the relationship between managers’ source of power and organizational effectiveness in sport and youth organization of Kermanshah province. 17 managers and 126 employees participated in this research as sample. Managers answerwd the questionnaire of Hinkin and Schriesheim (1989) and the employees answered organizational effectiveness of Pownder (1999) questionnaire. Data analyzed through Pearson coefficient and regression tests. Results indicated that there was positive and significant relationship between source of power of managers, Reward power of managers, legitimate power of managers, referent power of managers and expert power of managers and organizational effectiveness and negative significant relationship between Coercive power of managers and organizational effectiveness. Coercive power, Reward power, legitimate power, referent power and expert power of managers can predict 33%organizational effectiveness.It is Concluded that Coercive power is not suggested for youth and sport office managers, but referent and expert power were efficient for organizational effectiveness.

Coaching is a process in which the coaches influence on athletes, in order to take place their desired reaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership behaviors dimensions of choaches with success motivation, and motivation to avoid failure of women players of volleyball teams in Khuzestan Province. This research was a descriptive correlational survey method. The population study, were 122 women's volleyball team in Khuzestan in 1391 who were considered as examples by using census method. The data was collected by Chelladurai’ (1980) questionnaire on the leadership sport scale with validity and reliability 0/75 and 0/87 and Willis’ (1989) fitness attitudes questionnaire with validity and reliability 0/57 and 0/73. Data analysis, is carried out by descriptive and inferential statistics (the Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis) in p ≤ 0/05. The results showed that coaches used to apply social support behaviors most and least authoritarian behavior. Similarly, there was a significant positive correlation between behavior training, social support and positive feedback with motivation success, and a significant negative correlation with players' motivation to avoid failure. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the behavior of social support, motivation, success, and avoid failure can be predicated. Therefore, the present findings suggest that coaches use the social support behaviors in order to provide the main motivation and the better functions.

This research aims to present a successful model for implementation of knowledge management in physical education faculties of Islamic Azad University. The statistical population of this research was the faculty members of physical education faculties of Islamic Azad University(160 Persons). The validity of the questionnaire obtained from 14 experts and reliability of test was determined by Cronbach’s alpha statistic method(%76.6). Single-sample t test was used for data analysis and statistical hypothesis testing. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to identify latent variables. For testing of hypotheses, the structural equation model by SPSS and LISREL statistical software was used. The findings of research showed that Information technology infrastructures are highly effective for implementation of knowledge management. Research findings also showed that the status of information technology infrastructures at physical education Faculties of Islamic Azad University is not good enough. According to significance level (P value > 0.05), access to network infrastructure with highest variance (0.345) and then access to softwares (0.278) explain the success of knowledge management. Without having the proper infrastructure in this area, campuses cannot efficiently perform both general and traditional role in the creation and dissemination of knowledge. For this reason, increased investment for developing of infrastructure of information technology is suggested.

Several studies have shown that physical education teachers are exposed to occupational stresses; some of these factors were related to the job environment, which can have adverse effects on their health and their educational role. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between stress and job autonomy among physical education teachers in Sabzevar city. The method of this research was descriptive – correlation. For this purpose, 150 physical education teachers (74 male and 76 female) were selected and TAS job autonomy questionnaire and job stress by Cook and colleagues (1981) were distributed among them. The validity of questionnaires was confirmed With sport management professors and physical education teachers and the level of reliabilityWas determined through using Cronbach's alpha for the scale of job autonomy (α= 0.70) and the job stress inventory (α = 0.74). Data Was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation, Durbin-Watson testand multiple regression analysis). Results showed a negative and significant relationship between job autonomy (r= - 0.279; p= 0.001 (and general autonomy (r= - 0.329; p= 0.001) with job stress, but there was no significant association between curriculum autonomy with occupational stress. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that general autonomy is the best predictor of the job stress. Findings suggest that educational administrators should provide a basis for increasing job autonomy of physical education teachers to reduced their job stress and enable them to carry out their teaching duties properly.

One of integral constituent of gross domestic production of every country,s economy is the private capital. The main purpose of this research is to identify the existing restrictions in the way of private investment in the production of sports equipments and related devices. The methodology of this research is a cross – sectional descriptive field research branch. Statistical population of this study were managers and experts from office Sports and Youth and sports apparel producers in Isfahan city. To do a total so, number of 136 persons( 95 manager and experts, 41 producer) were selected randomly. The Face validity of the questionnaire based on opinions of faculties and also the reliability of this study was Cronbach's alpha by 0/89 respectively. To achieve this goal we made our research quantities based on Friedman & statistional tests. The finding of this study revealed that there was a lack of Protection laws in the production and distributtion There are no specialized organization of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Sports protection and risk-taking are of the main important impediments in investment. Also the issue of required licenses, product sell, Production of risky sports , as obstacles investment were confirmed. Other research questions included: Problems related to the shortage of skilled work force, restrictions in pounding row material, financing problems, having opportunities available to alternative investment, Lack of strong support from governments. The aim of the Present study statistical population, was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence of managers and employees of federations and effectiveness of the federations. The research method is descriptive-correlational. Of the survey Was 10 succeedfederations in recent years by introducing ranked NOC were identified. Using simple random sampling, four federations of wrestling, athletics, basketball and karate selected and 100 questionnaires were distributed among employees, of which 75 were usable questionnaires. Data collection included two questionnaires were EI Shering and effectiveness Hamidi. Validity of the Questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the reliability coefficient for the questionnaire on emotional intelligence(α = 0.76) and for questionnaire effectiveness obtained (α = 0.85). Pearson,s correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. The results showed there the between effectiveness of the federation and emotionat Intelligence of employees EI staff (r = 0.8) and (p = 0.001). There was a significant relationship. also,It demonstrates a significant association between the factors of self-motivation and effectiveness (r = 0.32), self-awareness and effectiveness (r = 0.62), self-control and effectiveness (r = 0.61), empathy and effectiveness (r = 0.62), and finally, social skills and effectiveness (r = 0.59). So it should be stated the higher emotional intelligence of federation employees, effectiveness Will increase.

The Study of aggression in sports and among athletes is a subject of most researches in the field of sport management in recent decades. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of birth order on the level of aggressive behavior among athletes. A descriptive study of the population consisted of all students participating in the tournament institutions in the country since 1389 (535 cases),in cluded 327, the method Was randomly selection and divided into four groups first, second, third, fourth and onwards child) groups. Standardized questionnaire Buss and Perry (1992), the validity (experts opinion) and its reliability was confirmed (Cronbach's alpha r= 0/89). Way ANOVA was used to test the hypotheses. Results showed that the level of verbal aggression between birth order, there is significant difference in individual sports (p< 0/017) and Scheffe test indicated significant differences between the first and third child (P <0/028) but no significant difference in the level of aggression between different Birthdays of group or team sports (p> 0/05). In general we can say that birth order has a significant relationship with the level of aggression in the individual disciplines.

This study aims to investigate the quality of friendly relationships among coaches and sport team players selected from Khorasan Razavi province. Regarding the purpose, the 27 items scale for friendly relationship quality in sport (SFQS) structured by Wise and Smith (1999) Were distributed among 341 players from group reports such as football, basketball, volleyball, handball and also individual sports like run and Fields, taekwondo, swimming and wrestling in Khorasan Razavi provincebased on the formula for estimating sample size (Morgan table) and cluster sampling at the range of 13 to 17 years old whom friendly relationships and friendship quality is more important to them.
According to determined norm for this questionnaire, 5-point Likert scale was used. Content validity of instrument was calculated by practitioners and reliability at a panel study was 0.85. To analyze data, one-way ANOVA and spearman correlation was used at 0.05 level. Results show that there is a meaningful relation between subscales of support and enhancing self esteem (F=2.107, p=0/024), honesty and intimacy (F=2.366, p=0/021), common traits (F=4.867, p=0.001) and accompanying and geniality (F=2.648, p=0.006) separately to sport fields and there is no meaningful relation between subscales of solving conflict (F=1.130, p=0.285) and conflict (F=1.698, p=0.207).
Overall, the results show that friendship quality could have an important role in solving problems related coaches and players and figuring a relation border maybe a key to solve many problems like self-esteem, stress, accompanying, conflict and so on
