چکیده
مدارای اجتماعی از جمله مفاهیمی است که در رشته های متفاوت علمی بدان پرداخته می شود. درپژوهش کیفی حاضر این مفهوم در حوزه جامعه شناسی و باهدف طراحی الگویی برای توسعه مدارای اجتماعی تماشاگران باشگاه های فوتبال ایران با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد به انجام شده است. 17 مصاحبه با خبرگان با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انجام و باکمک نرم افزار مکس کیودا تحلیل شده اند. حاصل این مصاحبه‌ها، مجموعه ای از مضامین اولیه بود که طی فرایند کدگذاری باز گردآوری و از درون آن‌ها مقوله‌هایی استخراج شد؛ سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، پیوند میان مقوله‌ها ذیل عناوین: شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه ای، شرایط مداخله گر، راهبردهاو پیامدهای مدارای اجتماعی در قالب پارادایم کدگذاری محوری تعیین شد؛ در ادامه و در مرحله کدگذاری انتخابی نیز سیر داستان ترسیم گردید. براساس نتایج، الگوی مدارای اجتماعی تماشاگران علاوه بر شرایط علی(شرایط ذهنی، ارزشی و نهادی)؛ شرایط زمینه ای(فردی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی)شرایط مداخله گر(زیرساخت فیزیکی و آموزشی) را نیز درتوسعه مدارای اجتماعی مهم می داند که در نهایت پیامدهایی همچون تعامل، کنش همدلانه و بهزیستی تماشاگران فوتبال را به دنبال دارد.
