Abstract The main purpose of this research was to examined the relationship between self-esteem and attitude to sport among women. Research method, is the correlation method based on analysis of covariance matrix. The population is women aged 15-29 in Yasouj that its size is 10024 people in which 240 cases were selected using multistage random sampling method. Research instruments for sport participation and attitude to sport are two researcher-made questionnaires and research tool for physical self-esteem is Cash’s physical self-esteem (CPSES) that the validity were measure through construct validity using factor analysis. To Calculate the reliability coefficient of the research instruments Kuder-Richardson is used which for the sport participation scale is .71, and Cronbach alpha for the attitude to sport scale which is .87 and the physical self-esteem scale is .75. Descriptive results of the study showed that women’s sports participation is low. The analytical findings using structural equation model according to RMSEA= %4 (showed that) physical self-esteem and attitude to sport are able to explain 54% of the variance of women’s sport participation. The research conclusion is that cultural barriers have a significant role in women's limited sports participation and in regard to the importance of sport participation for women, changing of some cultural patterns is necessary.

Constant changes in customer needs and the increase of competition in industry lead companies to have a distinct definition of their customer needs and categorize them to plan and undertake satisfactory activities. Sport industry cannot be an exception and because of its main role in mental and physical health of society, this identification and subsequently categorization of customer needs can differentiate the clubs and may attract more customers and consequently lead to more healthy individuals. Based on this issue and in order to identify and categorize customer needs, a set of data is gathered in sport club of Narjes Shiraz using researcher made questionnaire among 280 customers. To test the validity of questionnaire, face approach is applied. Reliability test consists of two approaches including alpha cronbach (78%) and split half approach (71%). Data analysis is performed through three approaches including freedman test, Mann Whitney and kruskal Wallis tests. In addition, two distinct approaches of Kano model including maximum frequency and best and worst attributes are implemented. Based on findings, customer needs fall into four categories and the highest effect on customer satisfaction belongs to club availability for customer. On the other hand, there are differences among customers with different demography towards needs importance

Abstract The purpose of the present study was the study of Customer experiences of the service Aquatic sports clubs. The current research is correlational and practical. A researcher - made questionnaire was administered and its reliability was approved by the professors and experts in this field. Its validity was controlled by the alpha Cronbach test. 385 questionnaires were delivered and among them, 250 were filled out and gathered. The sample data used in the present study were all customers of these aquatic sport clubs in Kish Island. The number of the sample was selected due to their availability. In order to describe the demography of the replicants and questions descriptive statistics and in the field of inferential statistics, internal consistency and conformity factor analysis, structural equation modeling were used. To do so MS-Excel SPSS ver 18 and Lisrel ver 8.80 software were chosen. The results of the study revealed that based on costumer experiences of service in Aquatic sports clubs all the relations of the conceptual model were significant except Received value of the variable loyalty. . In other words, the changes in the received value don’t have a significant influence on the loyalty criteria, but its impact can be verified by the satisfaction criteria

Researcher’s aim of this study was to determine the role of psychological capital on social capital of physical education students of Mashhad universities. The present study is considered as descriptive- correlation. The population was consisted of all students of physical education in Mashhad universities (Ferdowsi University, University of Imam Reza (AS), PNU and Islamic Azad University) (N= 1081 people). Sampling method was Stratified random with appropriate allocation (n= 496 people). The data collection instrument was a researcher - made questionnaire that developed based on Putnam and Luthans surveys and questionnaires. To ensure the validity of the questionnaire, the initial questionnaire was presented to 11 professors of social sciences and their summarized comments led to final questionnaire. The construct validity was examined by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to confirm the validity of the method which the reliability of social capital was 0.87 and psychological capital questionnaires, 0.84 resrectively. At level of Inferential statistics data distribution was assessedthrough using Shapiro -Wilk and according to result of this test, to analyse the data Pearson correlation, regression analysis and two independent sample T test have been used. Statistical analysis showed that: Hope has a significant positive correlation with students' social capital (r=0.274, P=0.001). Optimism has a significant positive correlation with students' social capital (r=0.248, P=0.001). Resiliency has a significant positive correlation with students' social capital (r=0.199, P=0.001). Eventually psychological capital has a significant positive correlation with students' social capital (r=0.262, P=0.001). Also self-efficacy has not significant correlation with students' social capital as well (r=0.085, P=0.059).

This paper aims to study the role of advertising in attracting the male teengers to taekwondo schools in Zanjan based on AIDA model. The research method is of descriptive – correlatinal type carried out as field stady. Its statistical population included all 360 male Taekwondoes in Zanjan( 12 to 18 years old) in 2014. According to Morgan table, the sample size was 186 participants. The data collection tool was the likert 20 questions researcher - made questionnaire whose face and content reliability confirmed by the sport experts and university professors. In order to study its structured reliability discovery and confirmatory analysis have been used and its validity is through calculated by Cronbach alpha coefficient of 80/0 . The questionnaire had four items:1. Attention 2. Interest 3. Desire 4. Action(Persuasion to purchase). In order to analyse the data, two descriptive statistical methods were used(central attitude indices and dispersion indices) and cummucative statistic(the kolmogrove & Smirnov tests, the single sample t, independent t, one way variance analysis , MANOVA and Kruskal wallis test). The results showed that the advertising based AIDA model was effective for attracting the male teenagers to Zanjan Taekwondo schools and among the four items of the mentioned model, the highest average for attracting is related to interest items of the 3/5 average and the lowest of the average for attracting attention of the 1/69 average. the educational level is significant for their attraction as well but regarding the age and history of the championship, belt, significant difference was not reported.
