The aim of this study was to examine the six - factor factorial structure of the Behavioural Regulation in Sport Questionnaire in college sport. 503 student athletes (265 female and 238 male) who membered as Urmia college sport teams were selected by cluster random sampling. The exploratory factor analysis results determined 6-factor models for the structure of the BRSQ-6 with 70.29% of total variance. The confirmatory factor analysis showed acceptable goodness of fit indices for the data. Also, the significant positive relationship of autonomous dimensions and negative relationship of controlling dimensions of BRSQ-6 with task-oriented goal orientation and intention to sport continue, confirmed the concurrent validity. The items for all sub-scales have a high internal consistency above 0.80 of Cronbach's alpha. Overall, the findings suggest that BRSQ-6 is a valid and reliable measurement for assessing sport motivation regulations in college sport.

The goal of this research is development Iranian spectators of attracting and retaining in women's volleyball from the perspective views of experts which is performed through qualitative approach. This research performed through framework and thematic analysis. Population research consisted of women's experts in volleyball (more than 15 years active history) (55 person) that 25 experts selected through purposive sampling and snowball technique as research sample. Here the semi-structured interview was used for production of the data. In order to make this research more reliable, external inspection and validation tools were used by participants. It is used SPSS 22 software to investigate the demographic characteristics. For determining the codes and main topics and also presenting the graphic models, It is used qualitative data analysis software as NVivo 8. In this research we extracted 7 themes to attract the spectators (the attractiveness of the league, media, advertising, gym and sporting equipment, making culture, technical performance and material benefits) and 12 themes to retain the spectators (communication tools, trust, entertainment programs, national media coverage, advertising and event information, interaction of personnel, welfare and side service of event, satisfaction, gym and equipment of sport, technical performance, material benefits and management of the event). Due to the special importance of the presence of spectators in sport events, it seems that the awareness and identification of managers and practitioner of women's volleyball are important factors to attract and retain the spectators in sport events.

The objective of the present study was to identify the relationship of time management with tendency to planning tendency and creativity of managers and employees of the ministry of youth and sports. Methodological surveying is correlation and has taken place in field. Population composed of all experts of the Ministry of sport and youth (90 Managers, 600 employees) that 307 (73 Managers & 234 Employees) persons were determined based on Morgan table. The Time Management Questionnaire (α=0.89), Koein Standard Questionnaire (α=0.81), and Jazni’s Job Creativity Questionnaire (α=0.76) were used as instruments. To classify the results, descriptive statistics, to test the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and to find the relationships and predict the variables, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regressions were used respectively. According to the results, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and planning tendency. Similarly, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and creativity. Regression results showed that 28% of planning tendency and 44.7% of creativity total variances were associated with components of time management. Based on the results, there were close relationships between time efficiency and planning and time efficiency and creativity. In addition, planning could be considered as one of the most important factors in the process of time management. Work time and personal affairs planning plays an important role in planning tendency and creativity. Moreover, Daily personal activities scheduling is very important in appropriate use of available time during the day.
