The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social capital and professional passion of faculty members of Payame Noor University. This research is applied and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of all the faculty members of physical education in 8 centers and 18 units of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province, and 200 people were selected as samples. Data were collected using two standard questionnares: social capital of Nahapit and Ghasal (1998) and Salwanova & Shufley professional passion (2001). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Finally, the structural model of the variables was presented with LISREL which according to the criterion indices (RMSEA = 0.096) had a good fit. The main results of the research showed that social capital at a 1% error rate has a direct impact on professional passion and the coefficient of the path is 0.61, so that as much as faculty members benefit from the capital, their occupational passion will be even greater at the level of professional energy, professional sacrifice and professional fascination.

The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting sport tourism and its developmental model. It is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of methodology. The statistical population of the research was include of stakeholders who were educated in two different field of tourism. and also Ph.D. holders or faculty members in sports management with at least two published papers in the area of sports tourism or at least 10 years of senior management experience (N=189). The whole population were considered as samples due to limited number of population. The research tool was a modified sport tourism questionnaire of Ghiami Rad and Moharam zadeh (1999). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 relevant experts and its validity was confirmed by the confirmatory factor analysis. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed in a preliminary study, which was conducted on 30 members of the research community, and all Cronbach's alpha coefficients were more than 0.70, which indicated an appropriate reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the collected data. To provide descriptive data, statistical frequency, frequency and frequency tables were used and for analyzing the data in the inferential statistics section, verification factors, exploratory factor analysis, single sample T, Friedman test and analysis Structural equations were used with SPSS and Amos version 23 software. The results showed that there is a significant priority between all the attracting, inhibiting and diving factors. Finally, the model of factors influencing the development of sport tourism in Iran was compiled and fitted using different fitting indexes such as absolute, comparative, Normandy, Tucker-Lewis, and Benthaler-Bonnet. Purpose of this study was to compare fit of sponsors of Iran national volleyball team from participants’ point of views. This study was survey-based and has been used random sampling to collect data. Zdravkovic and collegues’ questionnaire was used to collect required data. For measuring fitness, nine micro dimensions and two macro dimensions were studied. For comparison of these dimensions, MANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc tests were used by STATISTICA software. Measurement and SEM tests were analysed by M Plus software. Results: Results of MANOVA tests showed that there are significant difference between micro and macro dimensions fit -except geography- between three sponsors, but post-hoc tests showed that there are not significant difference between different dimensions of fit between Day bank and Hamrah Aval and there are significant difference between all fit dimensions of Merooj and Day bank –except involvement- and also between Merooj and Hamrah Aval –except mission-. Measurement and SEM tests showed good results (fit) for three sponsors. Discussion: According to obtained results, for improving this win-win relationship, it is better that sponsors and teams focus on a fit relationship and if it does not seem fit from participants’ point of view, they should do some promotional activity for clarifying this relationship.

The aim of present research is to present a pattern for the effect of organizational pessimism and political behavior on organizational health of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. 120 employees of the Sports and Youth department were selected using simple random method. Organizational health (Hoy and Feldman, 1996), organizational pessimism (Dean et al, 1998), and political behaviors (Dubrin, 1987) questionnaires were used. Validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts and the reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated 0.88, 0.82 and 0.87 respectively. Analysis of the data done using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling by SPSS 22 and AMOS software. The dimensions of organizational pessimism and the overall level of organizational pessimism had a negative relation with organizational health dimensions as well as general level of organizational health. There is a negative and significant relationship between the dimensions of political behaviors and the overall level of political behavior and overall level of organizational health. The conceptual model of organizational pessimism, political behaviors, and organizational health is a suitable model, because based on the findings of this study, organizational pessimism and political behaviors have a direct and negative effect on employees' organizational health of staff of Sports and Youth department. It is recommended to all managers of Sport and Youth department to help improvement of organizational health by controlling and managing political behaviors and reducing the pessimism of employees in the organization.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Person-Job fit on innovative work behaviour with mediating role of person-organization fit among staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method was descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the official staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (335 people). Based on the Morgan table, 180 individuals were selected as the sample of the study. The data collection tools were three standard questionnaires including Person-Job fit questionnaire of Vogel & Feldman (2009), person-organization fit questionnaire (2008), and innovative work behavior of De Jong & Den Hartog (2008). The reliability of the questionnaires were determined by the researcher using Cronbach's alpha, 0.89, 0.89, and 0.91 respectively, and their content validity was confirmed by eight sports management professors. Data were analyzed using SPSS22 and LISREL8/7 software. Inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were used to determine the nature of the data, and pearson correlation parametric method and path analysis model were used to determine the relationships. The results showed that the Person-Job fitness on the innovative work behaviour with the coefficient of influence 0/55 has a positive effect. The fit of the person-organization fit has a positive effect on the innovative work behaviour with the coefficient of influence 0/49. It can also be argued that person-organization fit approach plays a mediating role with a coefficient of effect 0/31 for the effect of Person-Job fit on innovative work behaviour. As a result, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth need to emphasize both person-work and person-organization fit to enhance their innovative work behaviour.

The purpose of this study was Prioritization of affecting factors on the development of sports tourism with emphasis on sports natural attractions in Alborz Province. The statistical sample is equal with statistical population (N=75) including three groups: sports association expertise (n=40), expertise of tourism agencies (n=20) and expertise of cultural and tourism heritage organization (n=15). Research data has been collected by standard questionnaire. Validity and reliability of questionnaire has been confirmed by the advice of professors and Chronbach's Alpha coefficient respectively. For data analyzing have been used from Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Fridman and kruskal wallis. The results showed that there is not significance difference between perspectives of three groups of expertise based on Prioritization of the natural/sports attractions in Alborz Province. Also, among the natural/sports attractions for the development of tourism, the attractions related to winter sports and hill climbing and Ecotourism are in first and second priorities respectively. Generally, Alborz province has many natural/sports attractions for sports tourists. Thus for the development of sports tourism, education of expert human resources, employment of educated and specialist staff, proper management with the right decisions and appropriate actions is necessary.
