The purpose of the current research was consideration of the relationship between managers` career self-efficiency and staff organizational commitment with costumers` satisfaction in Kerman province youth and sport general office. Statistical population included 345 managers, staff and youth and sport office of cities and countries managers of Kerman province that because of significance and limited number, in headquarter managers` part 15 persons, in staff and costumers` part based on Morgan table 75 and 150 persons, respectively was chosen randomly for research sample. For access to research purpose Sheerer self-efficacy questionnaire, Allen and Mayer organizational commitment and customer satisfaction self made questionnaire was used. validity of the three questionnaires were confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a preliminary study with 30 subjects of experts and calculated as 0.79, 0.87, and 0. 85, respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, single sample t-test, linear regression, multi variable regression, and analysis of the route with help of SPSS software. Results of the research showed that managers` self- efficacy have direct relationship with 0.7 route ratio with staff organizational commitment and also direct relationship with costumers` satisfaction with 0.53 route ratio. Also staff organizational commitment with 0.61 route ratio has direct relationship with costumers` satisfaction. Also managers` career self- efficacy indirectly with 0.96 route ratio and through staff organizational commitment with costumers` satisfaction of youth and sport general office has meaningful relationship.

The aim of this research, study of Sport for all in Iran and Codification of perspective and development programs strategy. This descriptive study is a survey. The study sample consisted of 70 administrators Sport Federation, chairmen of committees and associations Sport Federation, heads of delegations and members of the Steering Council of the Federation of Sport. The present study used a questionnaire that consisted of inner and outer buoy-related factors (consisting of 40 questions ranked on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to sport for all in Iran) is.Its validity was confirmed by several professors and specialists authority, and its reliability verified according to Cronbach’s alpha method (α = 0.887). For data analysis, in addition to descriptive indicators, compared test and Friedman test, as well as internal and external evaluation of the matrix, was used. The results showed that this exercise on the coordinates of SWOT in terms of internal factors in the region’s strengths and the external factors of the area of opportunity lies. Based on this strategy of "aggressive and development "has been recommended for the development of mass sports. Moreover , Appropriate context is provided of Strengthening the culture of sport in the country, Increase active participation and cooperation of organizations, Realization Purposes of sport And national capacities in order to use all of the sport’s development.

The approach of this research was to establishing applicable strategy model of Wrestling Federation by BSC approach. The statistical population consists 90 of the Federation general assembly members, experts and elites who were familiar with Federation. The sample of this study were chosen purposefully (79 people in the quantitative study, and 11 people in the qualitative study).the qualitative interview and self-made questioner were used as investigation tools. Reliability and validity of self-made questioner was assured through physical education experts and university teaching faculty members opinions. The pilot study as well as internal validity was found to be applicable by cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α=. /83). Collected data analyzed by x2 Klomogorov Smirnov, cronbach’s alpha ,and logical inductive reasoning. The research finding showed the federation had four perspectives ,such as finance ,customer ,internal process ,learning and growth and as well as 16 strategic objective (4 objectives on the finance perspective,5 objective on the customer perspective,3 objective on the internal process perspectives , and 4 objective on the learning and growth perspective),45 measurements (10 measurements on the finance perspective,30 measurements on the customer perspective,7 measurements on the internal process perspectives, and 18 measurements on the learning and growth perspective) 98 initiatives. In the Wrestling federation strategy map there were cause and effect relationships among all perspective and also among some of the different objectives .Ultimately it can be concluded that , suggested perspectives ,strategic objectives ,measurements, qualitative objectives, and initiatives have potentiality of being applied in practicing strategies of federation due to the relationship between federation vision and strategies and its strategies objectives, measurements, qualitative objectives, and initiatives

This study is focused on production system amoung 3 axis of T.V. Study (audience, content and production). The purposive was recognizing the factors and criteria which have effect on sports production system on Iranian T.V. channels.The analyzing was basis on oriented media and oriented audience theories. The oriented media theories know the media as a main factor in human changes, but oriented audience theorie has emphasized on audience and belive the sports T.V. programs creats for reseon of the audience needs.
The methodology was qualitative and the data were gathered by deep interviewing with media experts. The sampeling was nonrandomized and purposive method and researcher choosed the known persons about sports media experts.
The findings showed which sport T.V. channel can be the core of the sport T.V channels and other T.V. channels can act as a complemension. It was a need to provide more opportunities for choosing sports T.V. programs by audiences. The T.V. channels managers must try to broadcst different sports and change the demands of audiences about sports and programs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivations and reasons of non physical education graduate students that continued their education in postgraduate physical education course. Research method was descriptive. The statistical society of research was physical education scientific boards of the universities of Tehran that were teaching in 2009-2010 educational courses. The numbers of statistical society were 110. The sample of scientific board was 70 persons that selected randomly from 5 universities (Tehran, Tarbiyat Modares, Tarbiyat Moalem, Allame Tabatabayi and Shahid Beheshti). 46 persons of samples were participated in this research. The research tool was questionnaire that their reliabilities and validities were conformed through the scientific methods. The analysis of data was done with factor analysis test. The results of research were shown that interest was the most important factor to choose the educational disciplines. Teacher advises and interest to a particular teacher was the other important factors. The most important reasons of non physical education graduate students to select the postgraduate physical education course were the ease of postgraduate physical education test and facility of continued the educational course to PhD.
We suggest analyzing all aspects of situation and redesigning the postgraduate test and course of physical education, so that selected the most qualified person to studying in postgraduate physical education course.

The purpose of this study is to describe and determine the relationship between relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and intention to revisited in Mashhad’s women aerobics clubs. To do this,300 randomly customers from women aerobic clubs were chosen and data was collected through Kim relationship marketing questionnaire(2008) and α=0.92, Lim satisfaction questionnaire(2008) and α=0.88, Lim intention to revisited(2008) and α= 0.77. Research method was correlational and pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression were used for analyze data. Research findings revealed that there is a medium relationship between relationship marketing and customer satisfaction in Mashhad’s women aerobics clubs (r= 0.537). There is a high relationship between relationship marketing and intention to revisited in Mashhad’s women aerobics clubs (r= 0.477). There was no statistical meaningful relationship between reciprocit and intention to revisited in Mashhad’s women aerobics clubs. Results alse revealed that relationship marketing can be predictor on satisfaction and intention to revisited in customers. (Relationship marketing (0.445) + 32.565 = customer satisfaction and relationship marketing (0.168) + 11.759 = Intention to revisited). Therefore the club owners and managers to recommend for customer satisfaction and Intention to Revisit To use of relationship marketing components , Addition to, customers increase can in the long time to be more Benefit clubs.

The present study investigated the effect of four variables of trust, commitment, communication and expertise on relationship quality and effect of relationship quality on word of mouth Communication among customers of Private bodybuilding club’s. The statistical population included the male customers of private bodybuilding clubs in Tehran who had a sport background for at least 6 months. For sampling, we selected 475 customers randomly and based on the cluster method. Research tool was a questionnaire. The results indicated that four variables of trust, commitment, communication and expertise on relationship quality and relationship quality on word of mouth Communication had a positive and significant effect in customers clubs. Also fitting indicators suggest that data have been fitted well with the model.

Comparative study of competitive anxiety and coping strategies in combat sports championship in three provincial, national, and international levels. 403 out of the four major sports martial arts wushu, judo, taekwondo and karate tournaments at the provincial, national and international champion, were studied. Competitive anxiety assessment instrument measuring two standard questionnaire with 18 questions and 17 questions of competitive anxiety with coping strategies. To the formal validity and reliability with alpha test 0/86 to assess anxiety and 84/0 was approved for ways to cope. Was determined using the Kruskal-Wallis test: Provincial Medalist most competitive anxiety have cognitive and physical. The main purpose of this study was to predict the organizational effectiveness regarding the emotional intelligence of sport managers of Lorestan province. Among 95 sport managers of Lorestan province, 76 of whom were selected randomly based on Krjcy and Morgan table. The subjects were answered emotional intelligence questionnaire of Goleman and organizational effectiveness questionnaire of Rater. Data were analyzed by one sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis in SPSS software. Results have shown that there is a direct correlation between management of EQ relations and self-management elements and organizational effectiveness of sport managers of Lorestan province (p<0/05). In addition, findings have shown that self-management elements and management of EQ relation have the ability to effect the prediction of organizational effectiveness of sport managers and the variance of 0/24 has specified their organizational effectiveness. So it can be concluded that by growing the EQ levels of sport managers in the field of self-management and relationship management, the organizational effectiveness of them can be increased.
