Abstract The purpose of this research was to Developing a Strategy Implementation Pattern and Designing a Strategy Map for Iran Sport Championship by Balance Scorecard. This research is descriptive and field work. The qualitative research in the field of strategy studies was applied. Exploratory interviews and Delphi technique has been used for data collection. In order to data analysis coding and categorizing has been used. The population of this study includes 555 Iran Sport Championship witch action, which are equal 15 people for qualitative action, selected and 225 people sample selected to quality part of this research. In the part of quality of this research targeted and in quantity section was simple random. Determining strategy objectives related to each strategy, determined each measurement about each goal to each measurement determining programs and identifying initiatives and actions. The method used in this study in terms of purpose, applied, and the method is descriptive and correlational. The population of the study researchers, including futsal players is the province in 2014, Considering the inclusion criteria (League Division One, Two and Continuous the team for one year training) number of 87 people, According to the limited number of population of the entire population as a whole number and the number is equal to 87, The data collected and analyzed 81 questionnaires were analyzed. Through questionnaires Kyslak (2004), and bass (1947) data were collected. Sports identity and gender role equal to the 0/89 reliability with 0/95 through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated.Finally, through Kendall correlation coefficient and regression analysis were done. Check hypotheses through Kendall's correlation test showed that the main hypothesis was confirmed and between athletic identity and gender roles in professional futsal players, men and women there is a significant relation of Hormozgan. The results showed that the hypothesis of divergence between dimensions (social identity, exclusion) with professional futsal players, male and female gender roles in the province there is a significant relationship. But the dimensions (personal identity and negative emotionality) with professional futsal players, male and female gender roles in the province there is no significant relationship. Finally, based on the results of regression, social identity and personal identity positively predict the variations in gender roles(P0/05).

The aim of this research was investigating the moderating role of gender on relationship between relationship-based marketing and customer loyalty in sports. This survey was descriptive-correlational research that 376 subjects (189 female, 187 male) took part in it. Data gathered through relationship between marketing questionnaire and customers’ loyalty questionnaire which their face validity was confirmed by 15 university experts and reliability was approved by alpha Cronbach’s of α=0.92, α=0.95, respectively. The aim of this study was to investigate a novel approach in order to design a human resource performance assessment questionnaire in sports organizations using an axiomatic design technique. The statistical population of the survey covers all human resources of the ministry(including managers, employees and experts) for the year 2017(N=840)where260samples were considered(n=260)based on Kerejsay and Morgan table. Data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire which is based on human resource performance assessment. The research method is a combination of exploratory and sequential explorations based on the design of a questionnaire using the principle of the axiom design technique. In order to analyze the descriptive statistics data and before and after sport organizations questionnaire,the technique design based on the axiom and appropriate components and relevant indicators have been gathered. Also, apparent validity is determined according to the viewpoint of the professors and,on the other hand, the principle of information determines the content validity and the principle of independence is proportional to the structural validity. Reliability of the questionnaires is calculated based on Cronbach's alpha technique. The results illustrate that the reliability of the questionnaire validity which is designed by the axiom-based design technique is at a level of error of 0.5.Also, the design questionnaire has a higher Cronbach alpha coefficient using axial-based design technique at95%confidence level. A comprehensive performance assessment is achieved when the Ministry of Sports and Youth have the quality in three general criteria, namely the selection of staff, performance indicators of human resources and the maintenance of staff.

The purpose of this study was to explain the model of effective factors on the development of environmental culture in sport. This research was descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of all students was Razi University of Kermanshah. Based on the sample size of Krejci and Morgan samples, 384 students from Razi University responded to a questionnaire reviewed by Bojemehani and Razavi (1393) with a five-point scale Likert scale. The factual and content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by a survey of faculty members and experts related to the subject of the research and its reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. To analyze the data, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method was used to identify the factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport using the spss and lisrel software. The results of the research confirmed the six factors including the transitional effects of education, research, management, structure, culture development and national strategies as factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport. The purpose of this research is to recognize the impact Emotional intelligence and Emotional Labor on satisfaction Consumers' Behavioral Sport for all in Iran. In order to clarify this we picked 384 (220 female and 164 men) random samples of 22 regions municipal sport organization of Tehran ,They voluntarily filled in Emotional intelligence assessment questionnaires (braket, 2006) , for Emotional Labor assessment questionnaires (kim & et al 2009) and on satisfaction Consumers' Behavioral assessment questionnaires (mutila & et al 2011) with Cronbach’s Alpha more 0.70 were used to determine the reliability coefficient. This study is a relative- analytic one and it has been done by means of a fieldwork . The results indicated that the model of regression have Goodness of fit. there is a direct significant relation between Emotional intelligence( β= 0.186) and Emotional Labor ( β= 0.321) with on satisfaction Consumers (p≤0.05), and the size of R Square (0.195) that show 19.5 percent of changing dependent variable driven of independents variable , also the sub variables consist understand emotion, use emotions ,management emotions and surface emotional labor that more 2.33 and relationship with satisfaction Consumers' Behavioral.

Consumption values are considered as important predictive factors in consumer behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of two prevailing consumer value benefits on the intention to purchase global brands of Athletic Footwear in the student market. The population of the study was the all students in the University of Kurdistan. The statistical sample using was selected accidentally to be 373 individuals. The method was descriptive correlative approach. Questionnaire of the Consumption values and Intention of Purchasing (yoh et al, 2016) were used who's facial and content validity and internal consistency were verified by specialists and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. Structural Equation Modeling was used for the analysis of the data. The results showed that of Utilitarian and hedonic Consumption Values were affected by coefficients of 0.79 and 0.87, respectively. according to this, hedonic Consumption Values in relation to the Utilitarian Consumption Values is more important in the intention of buying Athletic Footwear in the student's market. The results of this research provide the knowledge necessary for designing strategies and programs for marketing for marketers and retailers of global sports shoes in the country, in order to benefit from the high-paying and lucrative markets of the students.

strategic management practices at Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran. The methodology was descriptive and Strategic, which is carried out within the scope of the survey. Population was included all managers, deputies and experts from the Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran (Kermanshah, Hamedan, Ilam, Lorestan, and Kurdistan) and the sampling was purposeful, the number of 150 complete researcher-made questionnaires was collected. Face and content validity was confirmed by experts and elites and construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the human factor by 6 items, environmental factors and political factors having 2 to 3 items, identified and confirmed the strategic management as affecting factors, Also, human and environmental factors (with factor loadings 0.91) were in priority. Checking the fit of the model of the factors affecting on strategic management Practices of Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran showed that all parameters in this model were fit. It is concluded that, we must focused on human factors and attention on the environment in developing factors affecting on strategic management at Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran on.

Sport facilities and opportunities for emotional development, cognitive, perceptual and social groups of the society. But if these places were built without regard to principles of positioning, in addition to high costs can not be considered people. On the basis of this study has been the place Premier League stadiums. Data gathering tools were divided into two groups of field instruments(questionnaire(It was a researcher-made one whose validity was confirmed by some of the professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method (91%), View and interview) And softwares included (ARCGIS 10.2, SPSS 22, google earth). . Data analysis is based on Geographic Information System (GIS). The population of the 12 Premier League stadiums that are evaluated in terms of human and natural factors. Human criteria including Access, development, population density sidelines of the stadium and the welfare status of criteria including geology, climate and geomorphology of the stadium is marginal. The results of the assessment indicate that the Premier League stadiums have many differences in terms of the criteria used in this study And in terms of natural and human criteria do not match fit. The results show that the human criteria Azadi Stadium for easy access, the possibility of the development of the stadium as well as on the margins are better than other stadiums, amusement and recreation facilities have more points. Also in terms of criteria, Samen Stadium Mashhad due to geological conditions, geomorphological climatic conditions suitable for the development of the highest points.

AbstracThis study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the organizational effectiveness with meditating of knowledge management in the directorate office of sport and youth in East Azerbaijan province. The population (N=224) included all managers, deputies and employees in the directorate of youth and sport office in East Azerbaijan province Finally, 213 people (95%) participated in the study as sample. Research tools were the culture of Cameron & Quinn’s (1999), organizational effectiveness of Hsu (2002) and knowledge management of Lawson’s (2003) questionnaires. The validity was confirmed and reliability was obtained as α > 0.7. The data were analyzed using, SPSS 18 and SMART PLS. The results showed the effect of culture on organizational effectiveness (2.45) and on knowledge management (15.194) is significant. Also, the effect of culture on effectiveness with the meditating role of knowledge management (6.723*15.194) was significant. Therefore, culture affected the effectiveness directly and with meditating of knowledge management
