The purpose of this study is to examine the effective barrier factors on participation number of woman teachers of three levels of education about sport activities of Marand in order to introduce suitable solution. The study is descriptive one-correlation typical one and has been done as typical field. The population of research was 491 cases of woman teachers in three educational levels of Marand. The volume of statistical type of this society have 215 persons. The standard barrier factors questionnaire as used with validity which is confirmed by experts and its reliability has been verified and personal information questionnaire. The data analysis has been done by the usage of average descriptive statistical and standard deviation and is the hypothesis research test is used from Spearman correlation coefficient, K-V test and chi-squire. The results of research indicate that there is significant negative relationship between barrier factors and sports participation number of woman teachers, but there is no significant relationship between two small barrier scale (personal, economics and financial) and sports participation. Also there is no significant relationship among woman teachers of three educational levels (primary, guidance and high school) in participation number of sport activities and every one of participation barrier factors one sport activities. Finally there is no considerable relationship among participation numbers on sport activities and age, educational field and degree and also among sport history number, educational field and degree.Generally we can conclude that increasing the barriers to diversity, participation in sports, falls and sports teacher can prevent women from participating. Therefore the authority's attention to reduce the use of targeted programs and policies systematically can provide Women's participation in physical activity and facilitate the development and growth of the community.

The current study was aimed to standardize (reliability and validity evaluation) Persian version of customers’ satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all customers of aerobic and bodybuilding clubs in Tehran who had a minimally 6- months record of joining these clubs (N=100000). Using Morgan’ table, 417 customers, through cluster sampling, were selected as the sample of this study. Data were collected through Yi Chin Liu (2008) questionnaire which included the following five factors: club appearance, attendants, convenience, promotion, facilities. The questionnaire scoring system employed Likert 1 to 5 scale (from 1 completely unsatisfied to 5 completely satisfied). Persian version of the questionnaire was verified and subsequently its cultural and conceptual validity was confirmed by specialist professors in sport marketing domain. Reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (a=0.90). After that, Cronbach's alpha was used as measure of internal consistency, Bartlett's Sphericity test and the KMO index were adopted as measure of sampling adequacy and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used for construct validity of the questionnaire. These analyses were performed by SPSS and Lisrel. The findings related to construct validity were based on T-value and correlation among variables. They showed that all questions had significant relationship with factors and were good estimators of their related factors. Moreover, values of =4.73, RMSEA=0.076, NNFL=0.91, AGFL=0.92 and PGFL=0.95 confirmed statistical model’s goodness of fit. Thus construct validity of data collection measure was in turn confirmed.

In order to prevent misbehaviour of football fans, national and international organizations have created certain rules that directly regulate clubs for their fans' behavior. The disciplinary powers of national and international organizations allow them to impose penalties in the event of violations by spectators of football clubs with an independent legal personality. In Iran, there were also grounds in this field to allow extend the penalties for the behaviors of the spectators to the football clubs. Taking into account the needs of the day and the new findings of criminology, including the theory of "white collar crimes", as well as the use of jurisprudential doctrines, including the principle of cost-interest legislator of Iran dedicated some articles to this point (i.e. Aboulute responsibility). The implementation of such a rule has led to many discussions in various systems, with the focus on legitimacy and the legality of such rules, in terms of restricting the personal of criminal responsibility to oneself or extending responsibility if oneself for others wrong doings. In present research, the analytical-descriptive method was used to balance the interests of the individual and the clubs, but it was argued that it must be shaken to subjugate the interests and power of the clubs. The most striking feature of balancing interest today can be seen in the criminal responsibility of sports clubs.
